I feel scammed

I feel scammed. I subscribed to tanga.com as a seller a few months ago and have sold three items so far.

Although the standard payment terms for all vendors are net 20 days, it has been more than a month since the delivery of some of my sold items, and no funds have been transferred to my account.

I decided to cancel my seller subscription and contacted Tanga Marketsales
regarding this matter. However, I have not received any response despite multiple follow-up attempts.

All I want to know is how to proceed with the cancellation and when the available balance will be transferred. The lack of communication and payment makes me feel scammed.

Edit: Finally, they cancel my subscription and pay the available balance.
