I ordered two pairs of boxer briefs - two weeks, yes, two weeks later I received my briefs - they were completely the wrong style (and they looked completely miniscule despite me ordering the correct size per their website. I don't think I would get one leg in them, never mind cover my a**e. I contacted customer support - many apologies - we will send the correct items. Another two weeks later and another two pairs in completely the wrong style.
I contacted customer support again - and was offered two pairs of the briefs I wanted ' completely free of charge' - and what I had already paid? They would refund me 10%. Now in my world this is not free of charge, this is paying 90%. I replied, on numerous occasions requesting a refund. They seem to be incapable of understanding plain English as I keep getting the same offer of 'free' underwear at a cost of 90%. I am told that they understand my frustration. No they do not, if they did they would refund what I paid and not persist in offering me something I do not want. I'm done with this company and am now going through PayPal to get a refund. Just do not believe the 5* reviews.
Update:
Following VL comments. They have not acknowledged that they sent the wrong items TWICE. After nearly six weeks I still did not receive the correct order. And if a replacement is required it absolutely should be at seller’s expense. 10% refund was in no way compensation for the continued hassle and aggravation - sending photos of the wrong items etc etc.
Finally, I was told I could have a refund, but at the same time I was ‘invited’ to remove this review. Needless to say I had to make a PayPal claim to get my money back.
Update 2 - Of course you’re sorry about this review. It shows what happens to real customers, and I wouldn’t remove it. You did not process the refund until PayPal found in my favour, despite me asking on several occasions for a refund that I was legally entitled to as you had, on two occasions failed to send what I ordered. I raised the complaint with PayPal and you defended it. Please don’t suggest otherwise. I have the emails. Also, shall I publish the first email that suggested you would refund? The SAME email that suggested I remove this review? Don’t try to imply that the situation was otherwise - I have ALL of the emails. After my initial claim and your response it took PayPal an hour to find in my favour after I sent them the emails. And it was AFTER PayPal found in my favour on 9 September that I got the refund.

Brilliant product, absolutely love these knickers, so much more comfy and hygienic than using pads. Have ordered more in smaller size as looking to trim down a bit for holiday! I have washed and reworn just to check, they wash well and appear to maintain the important bit !

Firstly the positives, they are lovely and comfy and look nice. Negatives, they are not leakproof at all and the gusset lining is all at the back, none at the front to catch leaks. Don’t know which women they are designed for but they must be very strange indeed! Wouldn’t let me return as apparently I took too long (a few weeks isn’t too long in my option).

I didnt get the knickers i ordered - the pair I got are cheaper. They are also not leakproof. There is no waterproof barrier. Wetness just goes straight through. They took ages to arrive too.

Lovely knickers, well made, comfortable and pretty.

These are really lovely knickers. They fit well and are comfortable to wear. So far they have washed well too. The protective layer works well for me (very small leakage). The colours are OK but would like to see bolder colours. The reason I have given 4 stars and not 5 is that the gusset would benefit being longer at the front. They don't quite cover the whole area which needs protection. For me, an extra couple of cms would have made all the difference.

A bit concerned that lots of the positive trust pilot reviews are very similar... Anyway, I ordered on the special offer, they took a while but did arrive, no sign of the fancy box on the adds, all in separate bags like you'd receive from Shein. The knickers themselves are fine, as knickers. BUT ... The "leak proof stay dry" gusset is far from that. First of all, it starts so far back that many leaks would not be caught (imagine where you'd put a pant liner, then cut off the front half) . I tested the leak proof part with around a teaspoon of tap water, fair enough, it doesn't leak through to the outside with a small amount, but the "dry top layer" doesn't deliver. I left the knickers to dry out in the house on a hot day and they were still visibly wet after 45 minutes. So essentially, these are just normal, expensive knickers.

Another Facebook SCAM!
Why did I fall for this? Oh I know it must have been the fake bot "these are so good" comments on the Facebook posts. Still not arrived. Untrackable. Guessing they are from China after reading other many 1 star reviews. Sent email to Jade for refund but don't hold any hope.
Great product and easy process all the way through. I am ordering more!

I strongly advise against buying from Venetian Lace. The product I received was nothing like what was advertised—certainly not leakproof underwear, just flimsy, standard knickers that you could pick up at a supermarket for a fraction of the price. The description is completely misleading.
When I tried to request a refund, I was met with delay tactics and vague excuses. Eventually, they stopped responding altogether. I had no choice but to escalate the issue through PayPal, only to be told I had to return the item at my own expense to an address in Southampton. The courier couldn’t even deliver there—and when I looked it up, the address turned out to be a fitness centre. Needless to say, I’m now out of pocket with no refund and no resolution.
This company appears to be operating with zero accountability and questionable practices. Save yourself the frustration and money—shop elsewhere.

The advertising for this lingerie company describes products as being “made with ❤️ in the uk” but the order has arrived in packaging with Chinese writing all over. The quality is very poor with no labelling on the underwear itself. I’m afraid I fear it is a scam. It was certainly very (deliberately) convincing that this was a quality product which - was reflected in the price. I would recommend avoiding. I wish I had seen other reviews before buying.
Update: I contacted Jade@ and I did get quick polite responses. I asked for a refund but was initially offered replacement products and a £10 gift card which I was not interested in so I persisted in requesting a refund which has now been agreed and is in progress. I am disappointed but satisfied that this has now been resolved.

I placed two orders # 4741 and #4755 within a short period of each other. Have only received first order and company are saying the tracking shows delivered but I have not received. Tracking applies to first order. Have contacted them but they are now not responding. Reporting to my bank for really
Really impressed with this product - such a beautiful fit and so comfortable. Good customer service and communication too
Five out of five and I highly recommend them

I’m waiting on a refund as they DON’T work!! Yes they’re comfy, lightweight and all, but they are not leakproof. So far I’ve been offered a replacement, which is absolutely ridiculous, I’d then have a dozen pairs of knickers that don’t work and still be out £38. Not happy at all. And as for the refund policy? Only unworn pairs! How do you know if they work if you don’t wear them!Ladies; M&S and Tenna actually do work.
Good website with clear information on product. Easy to order a d track package.

These are the most comfortable and pretty knickers I own.
The fabric is soft, stretchy and the little bow and lace trim make them look very feminine and pretty.
My only gripe is that the absorbent gusset doesn't come up high enough at the front. Maybe it's just me, but I need protection at the front, not the back.

I bought these for their leakproof claims. I wore for the first time yesterday and leaked right through. They have zero absorbency for leaks. They are comfortable to wear so will keep them and wear with a pad. Would not buy again.
