I purchased one of these masks when I visited Venice about 9-10 years ago. We loved it and wanted another and purchased two masks. The shipping was a little longer than expected and the package arrived with it being opened and closed before arrival. The plastic the masks were wrapped in had excess noticeable moisture inside but thankfully didn't ruin the masks. However, the masks themselves were beautiful, as I remembered. I do wish both of the masks lips were fully painted but nevertheless beautiful. I will order again from this shop.

The Product quality is perfect
The Product quality is perfect. Packaging (very well protected ) also. Quality 100% good. Payment without any issues.
Unfortunately, the transport agent GLS did not perform at all: product was not delivered at the given address (delivered at a different address without any notice nor information) . It took the client 4+ hours search work to find out if/where the delivery had taken place. The GLS driver had officially mentioned that the delivery had been finalised although the product has NOT been delivered. No possibility to reach GLS by phone at all. No answer on emails. No answer when going physically to their office. No client service. No possibility to reach the delivery driver.
A delivery company to be definitely avoided in the future.
