Amazing customer service and excellent product highly recommend

First time placing an order from venom and I will order from here again without a second thought they didn’t have the mg in the flavor I wanted ( after I ordered ) contacted me within a few hours then went above and beyond to get it for me and was still delivered in two days from me ordering. I’d give more stars if I could great customer service

I placed my order weeks ago and i also payed for flat rate and have still nit reviewed my order or any information from the company after i have tried to contact them.

Fantastic and effortless purchase! An absolute delight to deal with! When I was ordering i wanted next day delivery, as I proceeded I was issued with a message to say currently a 3-5 day delivery! I went with it and it was here the very next day and the products are second to none! I’m ordering more tomorrow just because it was a pleasure

Made an order and since the seller was local to me I offered to collect rather than wait for postage. The seller was happy to accommodate and said I was able to continue to do this for future orders. Very friendly service and knowledgeable recommendations!

Ran out of the flavour I ordered so was promptly contacted to see which flavours I would like instead. Once dispatched, my order arrived the next day. Will be using again.

I recently ordered 3 disposables from this site. I got a phone call the next day to let me know that 2 of them were out of stock and to choose two different ones I did that and the next day the order was at my door.
