I purchased a water fountain which arrived damaged, i reported this in the same day, sent an email and still have had no response. The number on the website does not connect and there appears to be no other way of contacting them. Meanwhile this damaged water fountain is taking up room in my house! I am leaving a negative review as I hope this will get a response and obviously so far my experience has been a negative one. If I do not receive a response by the end of the week, I will open a chargeback claim with the bank as I simply do not have the room to store these large boxes for any longer! In fact I may have to charge Vente-unique storage costs as they really should have arranged collection by now!
