Excellent All Round!
I have been with VentraIP for about 5 years. Reasonable pricing, often discounts are available, especially in May. They are always friendly to deal with and mostly very short wait times for tech support and the support staff are always helpful and friendly. Honestly, on the rare occasion something is not quite right or I am just wanting advice, even if it is not directly related to VentraIP, the staff will always provide advice or solution or tell you where you may find help.
I never dread or fear calling them as I know they will always take my concerns seriously and offer solutions where available.
The web interface is very clear and easy to use. Pretty much anything you need or want to do can be done from the webpage.
I 100% recommend VentraIP to any one in Australia that wants stable webhosting and domain registration at reasonable prices and backed up with excellent technical support.
