Zack provided me with very simple details of what I need to do in order to address my issue. He was very friendly and efficient and used clear plain English (which is what I require when it comes to this sort of thing). Hopeless. Website was always going offline and always had to explain that mailouts to 30k registered addresses are not spam.
Website went down and when it was finally unlocked, I found an unpaid invoice which they used to delete our website and data with. And they keep no backups.

I'm still not receiving emails
I'm still not receiving emails. People are saying emails to my address are bouncing. I've spent a week trying to migrate my service to Ventra. I am on hold AGAIN, currently number 5 in line. If i ever get to speak to someone I'm going to attempt to get all emails from my address sent to gmail. I give up!!!
