Order never recieved!

I made an order (75368) on the 5th of February 2023, and I've still not received the package!
They withdraw the money 7th of February, but never shipped the item!
I've reached out about this, and only received a message that they will check with DHL and get back to me. They never wrote back to me about the status of my package! I wrote several times to them and no answer!
I contacted DHL regarding my shipment, and they responded that the parcel was never shipped!
Still today I've not received my order and they made the payment immediately!
