I have decided to test this website by buying one piece only as I have had a party to go yesterday. Everything went perfect, track and trace, very fast delivery ( under 24 hours) and the product was carefully well packed. My dress arrived as expected and the quality of the material was exactly like in the pictures.

It took a month to deliver my package (Denmark to Sweden)
I paid my order 2nd of Feb and the package came 1st of March (Veraldo were very helpful with the payment!).. I heard nothing about what's going on or where the package was and I emailed the support so many times and barely got response from them. It's not acceptable that they don't contact me with information about delayed delivery, it was a lot of money for me. The clothes are nice but they really have to improve their customer support. I'm not going to buy more clothes from here because this made me very frustrated.

Don't return money and don't answer e-mails
I returned a bag and got an answer that my return was too late and that they won't refund my money back, so I received a voucher I can only use on the website. The problem is that I returned the bag in the fourteen days period and they still said it was too late and don't answer my emails where I confront them about the dates...
Very disappointed with the service since their interest is clearly getting your money rather than helping their clients...
