Bad customer service
The retour parcel (send with DAO) was lost on the way back to Veraldo. Customer service told me that I could only get the whole amount of money back, if DAO refunds it to them. However, NOBODY could tell me how much money DAO refunded Veraldo.
After many (really short and uninformative) e-mails of Veraldo, I am now getting 50% of the amount - it was not my fault and I lost 200 kr for nothing!
Really really bad service. Never again!

No return
I have bought a 'dress' that looked very good on the pictures, but when I got it, it was only a huge shirt with a piece of clothe to tighten it. I paid 250 DKK for this "dress" that is worth 10 DKK maximum, therefore I wanted to return it, which seems like an impossible challange.
The company does not answer ANY of my messages I have sent to them in the past 2 weeks either on email or on Facebook.(I also asked some friends to write to them they did not get reply either) I cannot call since they were aware not to set their phone number anywhere.
Thus I stuck here with a huge overprised shirt and no replies.
I do not recommend this shop to anyone, since they are nice to you as long as you pay, but after they got your money you will not hear from them.
