Absolutely love our hot water tap
Absolutely love our hot water tap, I wouldn’t want to be without it now. A small issue with the boiler that was resolved with excellent customer service from Ahmed.

If I could award a minus score for both their products and for their awful customer services I would!!! Simply Awful!!!
Purchased an expensive boiling water tap and boiler for £550, August 2013, apparently it only has warranty for 12 months(tap is 2 years, so not very well displayed and have contacted trading standards as there practices are not up to standard and hope they are dealt with accordingly).. most other brands are at least 2 years, most are 5 years! They insisted i pay them for a new boiler and insisted it was out of warranty and we didn’t install filters on time which we did.
They could have handled this so much better but they barely tried and didn’t care, but I will be sharing this review on every platform i can find and will also be contacting my bank to see if chargeback is possible as this product is not fit for purpose. It is also spitting boiling water(when it did work) after the tap has been turned off which i believe is a health and safety issue and can cause bad burns.
I would mist definitely recommend purchasing elsewhere, i really am surprised at their trust pilot score, from my experience!

Absolutely shocking product and customer service. Just a few months after the warranty ended, the boiler for the tap stopped working. Contacted customer services who offered to send a replacement boiler at a cost of £120. We followed the instructions and noticed that the fittings for the new boiler didn't match up with the tap meaning water was leaking from the pipes when the tap was on. Contacted customer services again who advised we had been sent an 'upgraded' boiler and advised that he would email a new set of instructions to connect the boiler to the tap. The pipes still wouldn't connect properly, so we contacted customer services again. The representative WhatsApp called us to see what was happening. It turns out that in following the instructions that had been sent with the new boiler, and not the ones that had been subsequently emailed once we discovered those instructions were incorrect, we had broken the boiler and voided the warranty!! We were then advised that we would have to pay another £90 for yet another boiler! When we challenged the rep on this, he stated that we were at fault for not realising the boiler was an upgrade and that the instructions that were sent with it were incorrect! That we should have contacted them as soon as we knew something was wrong, even though that's exactly what we did when we realised the connections didn't match. Although the Verana/Hanstrom tap is cheaper than competitors, its not worth the hassle. Please do not waste your time or money with this company.

Bought 3-in-1 handstrom tap. Boiler started leaking after an unreasonable amount of time considering the amount you pay for the filters changes and to get it fitted. After a lot of pushing my end, they have agreed to replace the boiler. Hope the process will be stress free and no extra cost going forward. Thank you for sorting

Delighted with the customer care. I had a small issue with the boiler, and the team bent over backwards to help me. We love our hot water tap, it has been a game changer in our new kitchen, and everyone that visits goes home and buys this model. It's a fraction of the cost of competitors, and probably better. Hanstrom 3 in 1 tap
I bought a Hanstrom 3 in 1 tap from Verana in January 2024. It worked well until a couple of weeks ago, when the boiler stopped working.
After a lengthy discussion with Verana they agreed to replace it free of charge.
The new boiler is an updated version, so hopefully this will last a reasonable length of time. It also seems to be quieter,
Top marks to Verana who replaced the boiler, eventually.

Excellent Customer Service from Ahmed
Somehow I managed to order the wrong 3-in-1 tap!! However when I phoned and explained the problem Verona were very helpful [as was DPD, by the way] and the return went smoothly. When I received an email from DPD letting me know that they had delivered the item I rang Verona and spoke to Ahmed. He was very helpful checked everything then advised that he was sending replacement out today. Ahmed's customer service is excellent and I would also like to thank him for his patience. I am hard of hearing and Ahmed cheerfully repeated anything I didn't quite 'hear'.
Wouldn’t buy another
This is my second tap and the tap arrived with parts missing, we managed to fit the tap but couldn’t tighten it up as the tightening nut and retaining plate was missing. I then emailed customer services to ask if they can send the parts and they said it would cost me £20.00 and were very unhelpful. The tap also doesn’t stay at the required heat. It’s always dropping and is drinkable at all times not boiling! Wouldn’t buy another tap from here

Dutifully, I report that the tap head is of good quality.
Outwardly, the product is of good appearance.
Note that the tap is of good price.
Of course, it might go wrong.
Then it might not.
But under warranty, a replacement boiler is agreed.
Under warranty, I will be contented.
Yet, I wonder if any other boiler taps are any better?!
