They look great, but they fall apart quickly
They look great, but within a couple of weeks, they're already falling apart. Threads coming loose left and right. This happened within the first week and it keeps getting worse. The way they're going, there's no way they'll even last this winter.

I placed a decent size order back on the 9th dec. appreciating postal strikes etc I waited until after Christmas to chase up. The only way you can contact them is through Facebook messenger. I did this and received an auto reply stating someone would come back to me within 24 hours. No one did (and no email in the spam file either!) I chased again and this time no auto reply, no reply at all. Seeing as no one has the courtesy to reply I am seeking support from my bank to claim back my money.

Appalling
Ordered two items,received only one.
Tried to contact them,to find out you can only through Facebook.
So had to get daughter to do it.
Said they'd refund.
Wanted the item and apology,got neither.
Dress I did get was very very thin and cheap like a china import.
Sadly won't be buying of them again,they care very little for their customers

You sent a dress which I had not…
You sent a dress which I had not ordered and had nothing to do with me and a pair of socks which were not the ones I had ordered! When I managed to contact you , which was difficult, you sent me a return paid label . I have just packed up the dress and socks and have to drive to the post office to send them. I live in the country ,the post is a long way and I am 84!
