Just love these trousers, great price, comfortable and wash so well.. received my order within 3 days usually too. 🤩

I bought several pairs of gloves, they are lovely and I am very pleased with them, I didn’t give 5 stars due to the slower delivery and the difficulty of communicating. I had to message 3 times about delivery before I got an answer. I do love the gloves and they are a great price.

I got my order without any disturbance awesome service

Ordered 2 scarves on Wed evening & got email saying it was confirmed. On Friday afternoon I received an auto generated 'your order has been cancelled' & details of my full refund. It doesn't say when I will receive this refund nor is there any personal apology stating why my order has been cancelled. After searching for a way to contact them the only method I could find was messenger so I sent a message on Friday evening but have had no reply which confirms to me that this company is ignorant and ill-mannered. I have bought from this company before but will never do so again.

Having placed an order for multiple items for gifts , have had issues since nearly 4 weeks since taken payment.
1. Was emailed to say x1 item no longer available and refund to be sent .
2. After 2 weeks got email asking to review where I raised the fact that had not recieved my order yet which I did get a speedy response to say would investigate as the Royal mail tracking said 'will update once a delivery had been attempted' which sent with email . Got same email now further twice in last 10 days asking to review and again replied still not delivery but on both occasions no response . So now after nearly 4 weeks and no delivery or update re.deluvery I feel have no other option to give a negative review as well as proceed to raise complaint n request full refund thru PayPal to try and find alternative for gifts .

After being disappointed with another make [Nordic] I ordered one pair of these Vera Tucci socks to try out I was so impressed with the quality that I ordered another 6 pairs.

Gorgeous gloves, a pleasure to wear

I never received the items. I received an empty torn bag enclosed in a Royal Mail bag. I emailed Vera Tucci and have never received a reply. I ordered 2 mystery parcels.

Easy to order on line. Quick delivery. Very happy with this company.

These trousers are fantastic!
Many of my family and friends have bought them (several pairs each) because they’ve seen mine and can’t get over how smart and stylish they look. The quality is excellent, they are easy to care for and have a stretch in them so it’s possible for those who are in between sizes to go for the smaller size. Can highly recommend.
