This company is so good. The website is easy to navigate, easy to order and pay. The items (2 x harem pants) are gorgeous - I have had linen dresses from here as well and they are still going strong after four years. Quality goods at affordable prices. Shipping is reasonable and very quick. Would highly recommend.

Returns experience very poor
Seems almost impossible to make a return. I tried the link from their website but page not found. Tried variations but page still not found. Would have expected a better experience. Will be much more careful before purchasing from this site in future. Item not expensive but don't want it to go to landfill....so will donate to charity shop instead.

The goods I ordered came up way too big so I requested an exchange via Messenger and sent it back. VT responded quickly and a replacement pair was received in a reasonable time.
(These are still considerably bigger than last year’s purchase but I shall keep and alter them)
