Two surprise bags and the hat alone was worth what I paid! Lovely

Great quality gloves purchased at a brilliant sale price! Bought 3 pairs to give as Christmas presents 2024. Such a lovely glove I'm keeping a pair for me! . Thoroughly recommend Vera Tucci gloves , I have several pairs now. Gave a pair previously to a friend who has trouble getting gloves to fit but Vera Tucci faux suede fit perfectly. Great delivery too.

Great and stylish design, fair price, good description, well wrapped, met delivery target and delighted with both my hats. Was going to give one away but too nice so keeping both!!!!

After a previous non delivery --my parcel lost in the mail--I was a bit apprehensive to re order. However ,my parcel arrived promptly and well packaged. The contents were well received and at an excellent price. So was glad I ordered again.

Ordered the 10 scarves for £10, didn’t know what to expect really, but they were all lovely. I kept a couple and gave the rest to family and friends as gifts.
All of the scarves were good quality with lots of different designs in them.

Contacted customer service over a week ago and heard nothing. 3 items in my order or wrong

I ordered gloves ( like ones I had bought previously) & a scarf - both items for Christmas presents.
I was very disappointed to have an email to say that the scarf was out of stock & so I'd been given a refund.
I'd have happily had another pair of gloves, if offered. Of course I'd paid postage for these items, which of course was correct, but inturn that on top of the price for the gloves, made the gloves that bit more expensive!

Having said this, all items are great value & the gloves are good quality. Just a bit more customer contact may have been helpful !

Loved the designs and vibrant colours good quality.

I ordered 2 pairs of gloves, one of them being the Teal colour which, when you clicked on the colour choices, a picture of a lovely blue glove came up which is what I wanted.
However, when my gloves arrived, there were no blue gloves and instead I got a pair of a greenish gloves. On the 6th of Dec I sent them a message on messenger telling them this and also an email.
I got no response and so again on the 12th sent them another message on messenger and an email.
I had taken another look at their gloves and in fact what they had done was put a blue pair under the Teal colour – totally misleading. Also, the confirmation I received after making payment clearly shows a picture of the blue glove under the heading of Teal!
To date I have still had no response and will never order from them again. Such shocking service! As well as misleading the consumer!

I always look forward to my Vera Tucci parcels, everything is such good quality.

Was sent an incorrect item. Have tried to rectify this via the information provided and have had no response from the company

first order for almost same goods was great - then placed a second but deeply disappointed! apart from 1 item those enclosed were not the same quality or what I thought was ordering!

Sent hat back. No refund given.

Very quick dispatch and scarf as described and beautifully soft - very pleased.
