Use VERC in Plylmouth
Last week I traveled to Plymouth, MA for a funeral for a family member. Needed a car on short notice. Looked at the VERC website, called and spoke to Herb - in fact, called him several times as arrival times kept changing. He was pleasant, friendly and upbeat. To my surprise I got the car shown for that price - a Toyota Camry! That has never happened! Staff was gracious, super service, family was very happy and grateful.

Very helpful. Picked me up at car repair shop, then I was able to leave st repair shop when picking up my car. Extremely convenient. Rental Car clean and in very good shape. Minimal paperwork. Would definitely recommend. Congenial staff.

HORRIBLE
HORRIBLE. I rented from a car from you that was dirty and smelled. Then you failed to pay a parking fee $4.00 on time and are trying to charge me 10 times that much. 3 months after the rental. You already over charged me for tolls. I called to figure out why my card was being charged 3 months after I rented and Curtis hung up on me. will NEVER use Verc again.
