I missed my truck while it was being fixed but having a little corolla was fun to drive and very easy to park I've used Verc before and will continue when the need arises thank you for your great service !!

Car had dents and scrapes and I've used verc for years and this time I found the employees to be rude. No communication just slide the contract in front of me and let me figure out where to sign it. Finally had to ask what they wanted me to do with it

The people at Marshfield Verc were fantastic. They helped us quickly get a rental vehicle when ours was totaled after we were hit by another driver.

It was a difficult weekend for me, with a death in the family, but the staff at Verc helped ease my pain all the while providing me with TOP Level professional service. I got a great tour and explanation of the vehicle. The service was prompt and attentive. The vehicle was a share delight, clean and ready to go.
Returning the car was a breeze, even after I inadvertently left some items in the car and I received a helpful courtesy call. Verc staff assisted my wife with gathering up my belongings, and offered warm condolences. I couldn't be more happy or more excited to return to Verc, and I will. Above and beyond, and nothing, but the best. Who needs Hertz or Enterprise when you've got VERC.

Picking up the car was easy. The car is great. It gets 36 mpg . The gentleman that we dealt with in Marshfield was extremely professional and knowledgeable

I was referred by the repair shop that fixed my car. HIGHLY recommend them to anyone who will listen! They make it so easy and convenient for the person leasing, by meeting the individual at specified location for pick up and not requiring the individual to be with the car when dropping it off. Also, they are easily accessible via email and respond in a very timely manner. Next time, I hope it's for leisure, and not a I-wasn't-at-fault-auto-accident when I lease a vehicle! THANK YOU, VERC!

Great Experience

Been a customer of the Plymouth location for many, many years. We have rented cars upon occasion but mostly the wheelchair vans to bring mom home from nursing home on various holidays. I have to say that Ruth is a pleasure to deal with.....as is Herb. They both take very good care of us and make the rental as easy as possible. We have multiple business locations like you folks and would hire either of these two. They are really great assets to VERC PLYMOUTH.

Excellent service, very kind people. I would definitely recommend and use every time the one in Plymouth. Ruth was a Gem.

Car was much older, scratched and interior not cleaned. Smelled like cigarettes. Extremely dirty wheels with rust stains also detracted from the appearance of the car. Giving me the car with a half tank of gas and not knowing how big the tank was insured they got it back with more gas than when I picked it up.

I had to get a rental last minute and VERC had one. I had to wait and take care of a late arriving customer of my own but that in turn made me late to pick up my rental. Ed said it was not a problem and would wait for me (which was about 45 minutes after closing time!). I truly appreciate the above and beyond service and not having to walk home that night!
