A fantastic product at a very reasonable price. The work was completed in good time by a good team. As with all home improvement projects I had some small issues. However, these were dealt with quickly and to my satisfaction. I am thoroughly enjoying my conservatory it has made a huge improvement to my property. I would recommend Verdi to anyone wanting This sort of work done.

Excellent service from start to finish…the fitters were fantastic and cleaned everything up before they finished.

The workmen (twins I learn) were excellent; they were polite, friendly and efficient; just got on with the work. I would not hesitate in having them to work on my property or recommending them.

There was a delay of some 17 days in removing the scaffold. It appears that it suited the scoffolders convenience. I am not impressed with this element.

Now that the scoffholding have been removed (24.9.2022) I notice a slight gap at the gable. Secondly, when I had my first visit the 'salesperson' indicated a plastic/rubber device will be placed between, and running along, the fascia and the rafters. This is included in the price of the work. However, I did not notice this being placed during installation.
In summary, I would say the workmen were excellent. Their workmanship is second to none. The office staff were very pleasant to deal with. Excellent. I thought the 'call centre' was either in India or Eastern Europe.

In response to my last review, Verdi sent a surveyor. He visited my property yesterday. He was able to demonstrate that the black lining is indeed put in place. I have seen it and entirely satisfied what I paid for is what I got.

I am satisfied with the customer care practices of Verdi. Efficient and polite staff. I will give them 10/10.

I once again reiterate that the two workmen (Rob and Ian) were excellent. I have no hesitation of having them work on my property again. I will give both 10/10.

I intent to have my windows renewed and I shall return to Verdi.

Excellent aftercare service, lost a hinge cover and a yale component in a window went rusty. Verdi supplied replacement parts free of charge. Excellent.

Work resumed when expected and promptly. All materials were of good quality, job was completed to a high standard in one day. New door and top light fitted, another door removed and wall built in its place with a new window fitted above.

Delighted with our new French doors. Good value and great service. All staff have been helpful and professional. Would recommend

The fitters turned up at the scheduled time, worked well and cleaned up after themselves. The windows and patio door look good and we are really pleased with them. We have now booked to have our front door done.

We recently had our windows and doors supplied and fitted by Verdi Home Improvements. They were professional and efficient with the entire process - from quoting to the actual fit. We are very happy with the high standard of finish. Highly recommend.

Good quality doors and windows. Fitting was excellent and very fast. Professional and polite fitters.
Had an issue with fitting date and “manager” was unhelpful and sarcastic over the phone. But rest of customer service team very friendly and polite over the phone.

From my first enquiry I received a competitive quote within a week and the doors and windows were fitted four weeks later.
The fitters were friendly and professional and did an outstanding job.

We were recommended to Verdi by a friend who had some windows installed

We needed a 4th key (normally supplied with 3) and this was not a problem
On the day the door fitters where friendly and professional and worked tidily and cleaned up after them removing all the rubbish and the old door
Overall we were pleased with the door quality and it looks very good and with the style we chose has lightened the entrance hallway,
The reason we have scored this as a 4 not 5 is that there are some small scratches on the outside top edge of the letter box which we didn't spot until after the fitters had gone and we also realised after that the letter box was not straight with approx a 4mm drop (l to r) - I managed to straighten this by hand - my concern is that if this is that easy to "move " that it may become a ongoing problem

The review I have given above is the review I would have given anyway.
The thing that concerns me is that before I was sent the Trust Pilot link I received a phone call from a gentleman at Verdi asking me about the installation and if I was happy - basically I told him what I have said in the review above (except for the scratches) and that I was happy.
After I had told him I was happy I was asked if I would be happy to fill in a Trust Pilot review if he sent me the link - I said yes and he duly sent me the link
My concern is that if I had said I wasn't happy and was disappointed with the door / service whether I would have been sent the link - Made me doubt the overall accuracy of the Trust Pilot review if link only sent to satisfied customers.

Overall, delighted with the quality of service and customer care provided by Verdi. From the initial quotation (and follow up) to the surveyor to the two fitters, and any telephone contact I have had with Verdi the service I received was nothing but professional and courteous. Particularly impressed with the work of Brian and Michael (?) the window fitters who were exceptional throughout the whole time they spent working here - even down to the care taken at the end of each day in ensuring the rooms were as clean and dust free as possible. I would certainly recommend this company without reservation.

Our experience Verdi. Was outstanding from the sales person the came to see us. To the men that put the windows In Very professional, on time to start the job and clean throughout replacing the windows.
They price was very good local also busses.

Excellent service from start to finish. Very clear outline of product, efficient survey and very good installation. We are extremely happy with the new Windows and doors and the whole process was speedy and painless. We have no hesitation in recommending Verdi.

From the very first call to the two guys fitting the windows Verdi Home Improvements were excellent.
The initial visit - the guy was so helpful and accommodating and helped use immensely.
The two guys who came to fit the windows were on time, extremely pleasant and treated the property with respect.

Had our 2 bay windows replaced and could not have been happier with Verdi, they arrived promptly and were from the start fantastic, kept everywhere clean, carried out the replacement with little disturbance and mess. They were both polite and we couldn't have asked for better fitters. We are very happy with the new windows and would highly recommend Verdi.

What more can I say than perfect. From start to finish. Going through all the details and finance was clear and simple.
The process leading up to fitment was precise and clear
And then the fitment itself. The windows are amazing and the lads that fitted were quick, careful, caring and polite. What more can you ask from a company.
