Great Repair of other installer's installation
Great Repair of other installer's work!
I had to raise a claim via a finance provider as some French Doors installed by Safestyle (RIP) had started to drop. Although I am based in Greater Manchester, the company use Verdi for their repairs. I was happy with the works done.
Verdi sent out an initial engineer to assess the problem and the works to be completed. They highlighted that a new set of French Doors would be required. This was scheduled in and the works were completed at the time specified and to high quality. They took care of my property and ensured everything was spotless when they left.
I had follow up care-calls after the fact to check all has been OK. All in all, I am happy with the work done!

Small job handled swiftly and with care.
Having asked a referrals company for a quote to replace a single, small window damaged in a storm, Verdi was the only company to respond.
When they visited to quote, the salesman was both friendly and professional, without at any point being pushy or patronising. The quality of the sample window was significantly better than those currently in our 18 year old house and, though the quote came out slightly higher than we’d initially hoped for on an emergency repair, the quality more than made up for this.
Having quoted us on the 14th of December, they had it fitted by 15 Jan, and the work itself was completed within 90 mins (not including the 24 curing time for the adhesives). The workmen were bang on time, quick, friendly, efficient, clean and left no trace at all of their presence (though they were also extremely grateful for a cup of tea each). The window fitted was representative of the sample we saw, and made to the specification we requested. The overall experience was completely stress free.
I cannot recommend this company highly enough, and we are strongly considering upgrading other windows and doors in the house based on this experience.

Great service from start to finish - really helpful sales meeting, quick survey appointment and short wait for windows and door to be fitted. Lovely staff throughout all interactions. Great quality windows and doors that look great. Fitters left the house and outside areas clean and tidy

Replaced a bay window
Assigned to us to remedy faulty bay window fitted by another established company.
Good communications throughout. The two guys who arrived to complete the job were excellent, arrived on time, worked all day, until the project was completed. Both inside and outside areas were left in a good, clean condition. The old window was removed. The replacement bay window is of a far superior quality compared to the original one fitted. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company

Excellent Service
We had a front door fitted and replaced once by Safestyle but still continued to have issues with the door bowing. Verdi identified the issue before even knocking on for the appointment!
They arranged for a replacement, better quality door and frame to be fitted and the service was quick and incredibly smooth. The customer service was excellent from start the finish.

with Verdi .Safestyle carried out a bad job
and Verdi saved us .Two lads that carried out work were fantastic taken there time to do job .I have noticed difference with my new replacement windows no draught or seeing light .

Verdi to my rescue
Easy and fluid throughout, felt like all issues left behind by safe style were in their hands without me having to worry about anything. The new door was fitted perfectly and seamlessly with great aftercare and follow up check ins from verdi. Previous door left huge gaps meaning costly energy bills throughout the year. Safestyle sent 4 technicians to "fix" the problems but verdi came along and said straight away the door will and needs to be replaced. Would recommend 100%.

Excellent customer service and a quality product
We have had 4 projects using Verdi, including windows and 2 sets of large patio doors, and windows over the last 3 years. The customer service has been excellent and the products they deliver and fit are very high quality. A 10 year guarantee is reassuring with lifetime on the locks. Their engineers / installers are knowledgeable and take care.

Incredible job
Incredible job redoing my windows that were installed poorly by Safe Style UK. They came under warranty and fitted everything in a day. I can’t fault them at all. I would happily use them again when it comes to my other windows down the line.
