We recently had new windows installed. The fitters worked tirelessly, were so polite and cleaned the house before they left at the end of every day.

This would be 5 stars, but we did have some issues with communication initially, however, this was soon rectified.

The service was great from the moment they came to assess the fiasco that Safestyle had created, up until the fitting of the new front door. Couldn't fault the service, the product or the work force. Excellent!

Great products and 1st class installers, would definitely use these again.

Verdi installers were fantastic. They were very diligent in making sure the installation was perfect with no damage to the stone walls of our cottage. They cleaned up as they went along and did a further tidy at the end of the job. They were polite and courteous and respected my home. My windows look amazing and the difference in temperature in our home is brilliant. From the initial point of contact with Verdi including that of the surveyor who came out we were kept fully informed and received an overall fantastic service from this company. We recently had 2 old windows (bedroom and bathroom) replaced by Verdi.

The team was extremely helpful, informative and efficient from enquiry stage through to final completion.

They explained their product and how the installation would work, they talked through the pricing and contracting.

The actual installation was a smooth process. It was just one person and he was very professional efficient and patient (we have dogs). He laid out dust sheets and protected the flooring, he cleaned up after the job was done and there was no mess at all, very professional job.

The windows look great! We’re really pleased and will definitely be using Verdi again.

I've just had an extremely rude salesman at my door, so I would never deal with Verdi.

They say they guarantee their work but this is not transferable unless you pay ! What a rip off. If you sell a car the warranty goes with it … for free ! Another way of getting money from a customer.

I have to say that Verdi Home Improvements have been absolutely fantastic. I have recently had a conservatory and a new front door. Few fine tweaks were needed but nothing has been an issue even though they were quite small problems they have always responded quickly and efficiently. My latest problem was that my new puppy dog chewed some bits on new front door. Again, it was not a problem Sandra as always came to my rescue and organised sending out some spare parts for me. Would like to say a big thank you to Sandra. She is absolutely fab to deal with and nothing is too much trouble for her. Virdi lucky to have her. Also big thank you to the whole team as they always turn up when they say they are going to and always sort out any issues brilliantly.

What went wrong, where do I begin? After paying a substantial amount of money to get work carried out, fascias, soffits and guttering ,our property got damaged in the process, upon chasing Verdi for numerous weeks asking for any updates, we keep getting fobbed off with, I'll talk to management, and take it from there. They've been talking to management for several weeks now about this damage to our property, yet we're not getting these issues repaired. Its obvious they are not interested,as no money is changing hands.
They're only interested in the money you can spend with them .....yes the works get carried out, but once there are problems , you're chasing them constantly

Phil & Brett came all the way from Leicester to Cornwall to rectify another window company’s cock ups (luckily they have now gone into administration) they both were extremely professional, nothing was never to much! You could tell that Phil had been in the trade for many years due to how he worked! They both worked to a very high standard. If there was any issues they did there best to get them rectified before they left! They both cleaned up afterwards, which they didn’t have too but they insisted. They both have great customer service skills and were very easy to talk too! Thank you both for finally giving us the windows and doors that we paid for several years ago but never received!

Further to my last review concerning the provision and fitting of a door and two windows: after repairs to the windows, the front door failed 2 months ago. It was sticking badly, the top hinge is now shot and the door is now propped open. Verdi are finally dealing with it after several emails. Today I received a call from Verdi who wished to apologise and assure me that the door would be replaced ( no time scale) and the missing fascia strutt from the top floor window replaced. During the conversation I questioned why the measurements were not taken from the outside to ensure a correct fit of the windows; the reply was that:"no window supplier takes measurements from the outside on any floor above ground floor without scaffolding".....Clearly Verdi, (and perhaps all other window manufacturers?) are not prepared to erect scaffolding to take accurate measurements despite having taken a substantial deposit at the sales visit and despite having to erect scaffolding to carry out the work. So, don't expect your windows to fit correctly. They do supply filler strips if the frame does not meet the brick! Something else that should be noted is that the hinge systems are very specific and cannot be repaired or replaced easily, unlike a normal hinge screwed into a wood frame. We are reliant on Verdi for all repairs...they have not responded quickly,( 2 months) and the guarantee will expire at some point. Go/ stay traditional would be my advice.

We had Rob and Steve do our Facias, soffits and guttering today and what an amazing job they have done! Very professional and the work is spotless. Answered any questions asked and left the work area very tidy. Thank you so much.

In 2017, we had our windows replaced by Verdi Home Improvements and were initially pleased with the quality and service. However, I recently noticed that one of the window panels has developed rust inside. When I reached out to the company, I was informed that while this issue would normally be covered by the guarantee, the warranty period is only 5 years, and it has already expired.

I find a 5-year warranty to be extremely short for such a significant investment. The fact that the window is already showing signs of rust and is not covered under the guarantee is very disappointing. Based on this experience, I would not recommend using their services. The short warranty period and lack of durability are major concerns.

I am extremely pleased with verdi home improvements my new windows around my house look fantastic, the worker Phil has done an outstanding job he deserves more the five stars and definitely a big bonus absolutely professional work if you are looking for any work done then it's verdi home improvements

I have just had my fascias and guttering replaced by Verdi Home Improvements. Verdi was recommended by a friend of mine as she was so happy with the work they completed at her house. The work was completed quickly and professionally and they cleared up after themselves. I cannot recommend them highly enough - thank you - I will be back when I need my windows and door replaced

Two very friendly lads Jo and Owen who came to replace my faulty windows after the original company went into administration.
Can't fault the service we had from verdict home improvements.
Jo and Owen were great, cleaned after each window was replaced and worked the socks off, thank you.

What a complete pleasure from start to finish.

Verdi actually recently contacted me after my installation and asked if I could leave a review. And rightfully so. People are quick to jump to leave a bad review however not as eager to leave good words. One of the main reasons I went with Verdi from the start was because they are a local family company, therefore of course reviews should be there to help their image.

From the initial visit, I had enquired to have new windows and doors installed. The sales process was smooth, with a full walk around the property to discuss my needs. I was shown a full size sample of the product that I could open and close which the other 2 companies I had in to quote didn’t have. After this, the price was given, which in fairness out of the 3 quotes I had, Verdi were the most expensive (not by much) but I was so impressed I purchased and paid more. And of course, quality work doesn’t always come the cheapest!

I am so happy with the end result. The windows are much quieter and I can hardly hear the outside noise, they look amazing (all my neighbours compliment the work), and I’m so glad I went for a different colour to my old white ones.

I can highly recommend Verdi to all my friends and family and anyone reading this review if you are having doubts before buying.

The fitters were tidy, polite, and even re connected an old guttering clip that had came loose but I couldn’t get to.

It is now a couple of months on from my installation and I have simply had one slight issue with the rear door needing to be adjusted, which to confirm after I called them, they were out 2 days later and adjusted the door in no time!

I cannot find a single bad word to say about them, thank you so much Verdi.

The guys who came out were very friendly and professional, they were called Phil and Brett. They cleaned up after themselves and kept us in the loop of all the changes and fittings they were doing. Ryan B came and did all the initial review and was a very pleasant and helpful chap.
