I have had absolutely fantastic work…
I have had absolutely fantastic work done to my home by this company. They are very professional and extremely friendly. Everything was well organised and done exactly as I expected. There prices are also extremely reasonable and I would definitely recommend this company for any home improvements you may ever need. Would you rate Verdi Home Improvements with zero stars if you could? Because that's exactly what they deserve. From the very beginning, our experience with them was a nightmare.
Here's why we strongly advise against using Verdi Home Improvements:
• Patchy Work: They left significant portions of the walls uncoated! As if that wasn't bad enough, they filled cracks but left them blatantly mismatched in color – an eyesore on our freshly painted walls.
• Communication Black Hole: Discussions about fixing their mistakes dragged on for weeks. Phone calls went unanswered, and promises were broken repeatedly. We even had to find the paint ourselves to fix their shoddy work.
• Neighbourly Disaster: The scaffolding they used caused damage to our neighbours' properties. Verdi initially promised to rectify the issue, but after a month of waiting for the scaffolding to be dismantled, they reneged on their responsibility, blaming the scaffolding company and leaving us to deal with the mess.
• Ghosting Champions: Verdi never bothered to inform us about their work schedule, leaving us in the dark about when they would (or wouldn't) show up. Even now, uncoated patches remain on the walls – a constant reminder of their incomplete work.
• Client Satisfaction? What Client Satisfaction? Verdi completely disregarded our concerns and showed zero interest in ensuring our satisfaction. Their lack of follow-up and communication is appalling.
We are left with a botched job, frustrated neighbours, and a company that doesn't care.
Save yourself the stress and avoid Verdi Home Improvements!

Firstly, the original order for your wall coating was specified as a clear coating, not a coloured one. During several recorded calls, we repeatedly asked if you would prefer a colour to better match the old render, but you consistently declined. This decision was reflected in the pricing, as the clear coating is less expensive, and you confirmed you were happy with this choice.
Upon completion of the job, we offered to provide a coloured coating at half the usual cost as a gesture of goodwill, which you declined. Despite this, we ultimately applied the colour free of charge to ensure your satisfaction.
Regarding the duration of the scaffolding, our aim was to complete the job to your satisfaction, which involved revisiting the site multiple times to ensure the work met your expectations, even beyond the terms of the original contract. We have always maintained open communication with you and your wife, via calls and messages, to keep you informed.
The days when work was not performed were due to weather conditions, as coatings are weather-dependent. Concerning the scaffolding's impact on your neighbour's property, we have been committed to resolving this issue from the beginning. The scaffolder is scheduled to address this today, as you are aware. This was also booked and confirmed with you before this review was posted, therefore to say we are not dealing with this is very unfair and unjustified.
We strongly refute your claims of poor communication and unsatisfactory work. You withheld the final balance until you were satisfied with the job, and only after you confirmed your satisfaction did you complete the payment.
We understand your frustrations, but please refrain from making false accusations. We have made every effort to address your concerns promptly and professionally.

Could not recommend highly enough
Verdi installed my new fascia’s a while back now, however I didn’t have access at the time to leave a review. I have however just re ordered from them for a new back door.
In fairness I have never heard of Verdi, and was very concerned at the time with having a “salesman” in to my property with me living on my own. But there was no need to be at all! No pushy tactics, just an honest quote.
I decided to go ahead and what I loved is that they only took a small deposit, leaving me to pay the rest once the work was actually done.
As you can see from the pictures, the fascia’s were beyond repair, but since Verdi did the work, they look amazing, even to this day!
Can’t wait to get my new door fitted in a few weeks, and have recommended them to friends and family also.

My 1st choice for replacement windows
Just had Verdi Home Improvements again but this time to install a new kitchen window, new door glass and then, the icing on the cake, a beautiful coloured glass window with my exact specifications that looks fantastic! I wish I could leave a photo of the window as it’s absolutely beautiful. The workmen were polite, tidy and hardworking and the whole visit took 3 hours. Can’t recommend this company enough.

Damage caused to my property
One of my windows was installed upside down causing water to leak onto my windowsill, the fitters came back to rectify their mistake , but they caused Damage to my property!! I've Been told its being dealt with via the fitters public liability insurance, still haven't heard from them 7 weeks later, not acceptable at all.ive called the company numerous times, they're just not interested in getting this issue resolved !
*UPDATE *
The above issue regarding the damage to my property has finally been resolved. I called the company and spoke with a lovely lady called Sandra. She went above and beyond to help me get this issue rectified. From that one phone call speaking with Sandra, I finally had progress. Sandra called me the next day to see how things were progressing. She said she had spoken with fitter about it all, got on at him to contact his liability insurers. About 3 days later all sorted. Thank you so much Sandra, you're an asset to the company . This was rated as a 1 star review, but with the help of Sandra I've upped it to a 3 star review .....I did want to give it more ,stars but the Fitter should have installed the window correctly the first time around , then none of this would have been an issue
