terrible customer service
Ordered a custom paint color from Verwinkle.nl, and after a week of confusion that we shipped it for you and then oh the package got damaged and we have submitted another order for you, I was told by email that the color couldn't be mixed, so you have either to get a refund or choose another color. leading me to order from another supplier at a higher cost. Suddenly, they shipped the paint after confirming it was impossible to mix. When I requested a refund, they refused, offering only 10%, which they never issued. The product was fine, but the customer service was chaotic and disappointing, especially during the holiday season. It took them 2 whole weeks to deliver the paint.

Very damaged material, not helpful costumer service
There were issues with the delivery that costumer service was very unhelpful with. When the materials finally arrived, these were heavily damaged and a consistent amount of paint was waisted

Customer service was very helpful but I…
Customer service was very helpful but I faced a lot of issues with delivery:
1- The first order was not delivered by PostNL
After 1 week and a few discussions with customer service, they resend the order
2- The new order was received after 2 days but one of the most important item (primer) was not sent.
Therefore, the start of painting has been postponed 2 times, and after close to 2 weeks, I'm not sure I'll be able to start this week-end.
Considering that in theory, we are supposed to be delivered the next day, this is annoying. It is possible that it's linked to PostNL and not verfinkel/verfkopen.
