Had issue with delivery being very late and the person that helped solve this was super efficient, friendly and solved the issue within an hour or so from first contact. This was also maybe the 5th or 6th time I'd bought from this website, no issues prior to this.

I ordered paint and some tools Fromm verfwinkel on 12 Oct for next day (evening) delivery.
I was delivered only one of the three packages, as the shipping company DHL claiming that verfwinkel had not paid for the other shipping is the other two boxes and therefore has been sent back to the sender.
Today is 15 Oct, and I still have no information on where this package is!
Verfwinkel says they can't cancel the order nor refund the amount! It is our fair to give a bad rating when a company does not take responsibility for what at the end of the day is their mistake.
Never again!
