Hello. I talked on the phone with Inaki from Customer Service on the phone number 910121122 on 06.10.25 and asked him to make a record in the system where I left the key from the entrance to the building for the case if I will be not reachable on the phone, so that Securitas Direct can open the door for the police). I had a very negative experience with the sales call. The approach was extremely aggressive and didn’t inspire any trust at all. No pricing information was shared, and instead there were too many questions and a rather pushy way of handling objections.
When someone says that “the price range is different for every person,” it honestly sounds like they plan to come, look at your apartment, and decide the price based on how it looks or what condition it’s in — which doesn’t feel transparent.
They also insist on sending an “expert” to visit the apartment, supposedly to check the lock or other details, but that only raises more concerns, because this kind of information could easily be misused.
Overall, it was a very unpleasant and distrustful experience with the sales department.
