I hate lies. They made me pay (for my father's home) for a start kit when this should have been given by contract as "comodato d'uso", in other words, for free according to the article of the civic codes 1803.
This saga is not over. My father received the bill for the first month, which started on January 15, and it was indeed for half of the month. However, when he checked his account movements, he realized that he was charged for the full month of January. I then enquired with the customer care of Verisure, who confirmed that what was stated on the bill would have been the same as the amount they debited from my account. The guy on the phone did not offer to investigate with Verisure finance, he said, Check with your bank, they often make such mistakes. Banks do not make such mistakes. This is another lie, or an act of laziness. I am done with Verisure. I want my father to be reimbursed, and the service to end.

Shahidur was punctual, courteous and easy to understand when discussing all the various facets of the Verisure alarm system. He talked through our requirements and advised us of all the on an appropriate course of action.

When it came to installation, he and Avniash were again punctual and thorough. They left no mess and were even good enough to come back to move the hub which we had requested they put in a certain place, and then realised after the fact was not actually as practical as we initially thought.

I would happily recommend Shahidur and Avinash to anyone.

So, impressed with their service - they called me to let meknow about the fault and within two hours everything was done! Faris was great, really friendly guy with a happy to help attitude!

Thanks to Chris Price CX3161. He fixed our Arlo camera, that had developed a fault and swapped out the batteries and checked and cleaned everything. Very professional and helpful. After sales is always a sure sign of a decent company

I have been using Verisure for years. Daniel ID 290361, an service engineer , did a very good job in checking all devices of my system. Replaced a shock sensor in the kitchen which was unstable because of the vapors.
All in all very good experience with the services.
