I contacted WhatsApp today and spoke with David and Claire.
I'm so dizzy, I forgot my pin code and had no clue on how to receive it.
David & Claire went through it to myself, step by step and very clear about their instructions.
I've not been with verisure long ,believe it or not , its just been 5 weeks, so I'm still learning all the controls
The service I got today, was next nothing.
I'm glad I joined the Verisure family and can I just say that I would 100% recommend this company as their alarm system is excellent.
I now feel safe in knowing I have Verisure at my back.
Oh nearly forgot. You can partiality set your alarm , so you are safe at night , when going to bed. Another safety precaution.
This is my second review given to verisure today.
I gave 5 stars 🌟 to my engineer Saad and 5 stars 🌟, to David & Claire.

The application is slow and at times does not work properly.
The monthly fee is very high and needs to be reduced for old clients and pensioners

Alex FL 4107 tried several times to let me know when he would be arriving as I did not have my phone near me. A faulty sensor had been detected by Verisure so Alex came to replace it. He checked every device in the house. He also showed me how to create Routines to set and disarm the system on my phone.
He was so polite and helpful and he remembered me from a previous visit.
The service provided by Verisure is excellent!!
The two technicians have been very friendly and worked a very efficient. They also made a good advise about relocating two perimeter sensor for enhanced security.

The overall experience was great. Alex called to say he was on his way to arrive ahead of schedule. On arrival he introduced himself and was very cheerful. He quickly accessed the situation and with his expertise was able to diagnose the problem and explained what was needed. I am impressed how Alex kept me informed of his progress and stayed professional whilst fixing the problems I had which was down to the WIFI
Alex quickly corrected the connections and restored what was needed. Alex is definitely worth 5 stars for Verisure
From my initial call to Customer Services who also were excellent, to Alex resolving my issue was seamless and speedy all completed within 24 hours
