The product has not been delivered

The product has not been delivered. The supplier is not responding to my emails and requests, as he believes I have received the product.

The delivery service returned the item to the supplier, and the supplier writes that I received the item and refuses to resolve the issue.
There's no understanding or assistance in this situation.

Delivery time was extremely long!

Delivery time was extremely long!
I chose products marked as “in stock” in the online store to ensure the fastest possible delivery. A day after the purchase, the order status was updated to “ready for shipment,” but nothing changed after that. A couple of weeks later, I contacted customer service to ask why the delivery was taking so long and was told that the wholesaler was having trouble delivering one of the items in the order. Three weeks later, I asked again about the delivery and only then received a clear answer with specific dates. In the end, an order that should have taken about 5 days was fulfilled in 5 weeks. Of course, the order value was small and probably wasn’t a top priority.
