Customer service and order fulfillment are acceptable.
Purchased tool is a Makita DUC150SF01 pruning shear. It is quite expensive. I started using Makita universal lubricating oil, but it simply leaked out of the tool when the oiler was properly closed. It was decided that the oil was too liquid, and a less harmful vegetable oil would be needed when pruning fruit trees. I purchased Makita BIO-TOP oil. Now the oil does not leak, it lubricates the saw chain sufficiently.
The requirements for lubricating oil in this regard are not mentioned in the tool documentation.
