Highly recommend Paul - Verminator
Paul did such an amazing job. Not just in discovering where the pests were coming in, but the well of information was outstanding. It was such a learning curve for both my partner and I. Paul immediately made us feel very relaxed and was incredibly patient and dealt with the barrage of questions we had about our rat problem and about other things. It was overall a wonderful experience! Highly recommend if you have a pest problem!

Had a problem with wasps. We were lucky that Paul was in the area and he was here the same day and gave great advice to sort the issue and prevent it happening again.
He is obviously an expert and a nice chap too.
Would totally trust him and would highly recommend.

Fantastic reliable service
Paul provided great communication from the beginning, he explained what he was going to do and how he could help. We were very pleased with the service and felt that we were being taken care of. We have booked for him to return in a few weeks time for further treatment.

Rodents in attic
Had a rodent issue in our extension attic and called Paul. He has been amazing and very thorough when checking around the property for potential issues that might have led to our issue. Paul has been really informative when explaining how and where rodents have entered the property and very helpful with rectifying the issues. I messaged verminator today at 8.30am and Paul responded in minutes we briefly discussed my problem with a wasp nest, within three hours Paul was on site and dealt with a massive wasp nest. Absolutely first class service. Can't recommend verminator highly enough.

Paul was very helpful
Paul was very helpful, he sent videos on how to prep the house beforehand and was very prompt with timing. He was very friendly and genuine and was very quick to respond. The treatment worked the first time, however, to make sure the pests had gone he advised to have a second. I couldn’t recommend more :)

I'm a roofing contractor
We discovered a large wasps nest on a roof we were about to start, making it impossible to continue working
I had never had dealings with Paul previously and got his name from Google
He replied to my call swiftly and explained that he could do the job in a few hours time and what the cost would be, I agreed, and true to his word he did everything as explained
I would recommend Paul to anybody in the future and will be passing his name on to others in my trade

Wasp Nest in the Attic
The manner in which Mr Crouch dealt with our complaint a wasp nest in our attic was super efficient. Initially he replied to my answerphone message immediately and the following day, a Sunday, he arrived on time, he explained what he planned to do and just got on with it. Having removed the nest from the attic he took it all away for disposal. Thank you very much sir. Bees in chimney
I bought a property and then realised there were thousands of bees in the chimney. After lots of phone calls to different people, Paul was the only one who could help! I'm so glad it was paul though.. he was absolutely amazing, talked us through everything, removed the bees safely and re homed them. It's now nice to be able to open my windows without bees coming into the house. Paul is very reliable, honest and extremely good at his job. Would highly recommend for any pest control issues.
