Paul from Verminator is excellent from first point of contact to him completing his job. Everything he said he would do did happen.

His customers were my parents - both in their 80's although pretty street wise it is always a concern that they could be taken advantage of.

He arrived on time exactly as agreed. Rang to say he had finished his previous job and was on his way.

He is friendly, professional and extremely knowledgeable about his job. He takes time to check the house - no feeling he is in a rush. We had complete confidence in his advice.

We weren't sure if we had a rat or mice in the loft. Fortunately it was probably a mouse that was no longer there.

His advice was completely appropriate to the issue. Consequently he only needed that one visit.

Excellent service and communication throughout. Resolved the Rat problem after 2 visits. Identified and blocked off the locations that they were entering the property. Gave us a detailed report that we could give to the landlord to enable work to be done to prevent future infestations. Cannot recommend highly enough.

Excellent personal service from Paul. Prompt, efficient, great communication and job done, no more moles! Just one setup visit with expert placement of tunnel traps using his years of experience, and one short follow up visit to remove traps and dead mole. Great value and a speedy efficient service. A pleasure to deal with. Also did a great job last year removing bees from our cottage, so able to tackle a wide range of pests. Highly recommended.
