They sent the wrong product, and my card was also charged some random fees after I bought from them. This is a scam. They offered to give me 50% back from some smart glasses that costed $62. What I purchased wasn’t at all what it showed online and it was MUCH smaller. It’s a piece of junk and no directions came with it.

Same experience. Ordered a $31 raincoat, it came cheap, poorly made, with strings hanging everywhere and not as pictured. I also was charged the 7.96 and 39.99 unauthorized charges! Also came from China . Total scam website.

This company seems to be fraudulent. I ordered an item that I never received, was charged for insurance on the item that I specifically declined after checkout, and three weeks later, was charged for an annual membership that I did not agree to. I had to get my bank to refund all charges. They are running a professional scam - customer service is easy to reach.

Customer service hung up on me and would not let me speak. We were on the phone about 40 seconds. When I called back, the same woman answered and when I asked why she hung up, she said "Ma am I have 40 calls." ????? So you are rude and short and hang up on peole? As a result I am canceling my Order. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. Fire your obnoxious, UNPROFESSIONAL RUDE ANSWERING SERVICE.

I should have listened to my bank's fraud alert the minute I made a purchase from this site. I found an additional "protection" charge on my credit card after I declined that "warranty." I see that others have not received their order or it came as a poorer quality than claimed by the site. We'll see if I get mine. I should have paid attention to the other signs, such as a questionable purchase ID with a long number and vague name, along with the other indicators of shadiness on the website. Reporting fraud to my bank. Ugh. Do not waste your time!

Unauthorised charges even after I declined them repeatedly. I have had to change my credit card because of this. Stay away.

Company is a complete scam. Charged me 9.99 for a cheap plastic product then a month later made an unauthorized charge for 39.99. SCAM SCAM SCAM. Stay away!!!

What you see and order is not what you get. If I could attach pictures I would. I normally do not order from companies I do not know but picture and description seemed nice. Jokes on me.... I'm very disappointed. I should have ordered with Hobby Lobby as I normally do.

Scam. Literally tried to still over $100 from my account. All I wanted to but was a shirt for $16. Then the company tried to debit my account for $7.95 over 12 times. Luckily my bank saw the issue and denied all transactions. SCAM COMPANY

I did not receive the items I ordered. Even though I paid an additional 7.95 to insure my shipment they said I have to start a claim with the shipper which I can't do because I do not have the receipt for shipping it out. Only a little while after doing business with them I started getting fraud charges on my credit card. TOTALLY A SCAM!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!

I ordered an item on 9/4. I still don’t have it or a firm delivery date. I knew when the “warranty fee” was automatically added to my order, even though I declined it, that this company is not reputable. The items are not in the US. This company is just a distributor. I would not recommend ordering from them.

Update 9/27: Got the product, totally unusable. I asked to return it and the seller kept offering discounts up to 60% which I finally agreed to. I got an email saying the refund was issued. The next day, I got a long email saying the company was experiencing technical issues with refunds for several weeks and the only way to get my money back is to dispute the charge via my credit card company. All this for a stupid $24.99 knee brace. Stay away from this company.

Another new update: my credit card info was stolen and charges attempted, which my bank stopped. However, I had to close the card and get a new one. I asked how this happened and they said, “Buy anything from a company that doesn’t seem reputable?” This place immediately came to mind. My bank looked at all my transactions and this is the one that stood out to them. DON’T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! Oh and still waiting for my credit to process. Not holding my breath.

Ordered a mop 10 days ago. Still don't have it; nor do I have tracking information. In fact, they can't even say where it's coming from. Their website puts on a show about "U.S.A." but considering the prolonged lead times, it's fairly obvious they are a drop-shipper of cheaply made stuff from China. Also, what others have complained about here is true - they add a $7.95 charge on your credit card for insurance I *even if you decline*. I had to call my credit card company and send a couple emails to the seller - more of my time wasted because they grift off their own customers. I will probably never receive the mop, and if I do, I'm betting it's garbage. I wish I had sought these reviews*before* ordering.

Super scammy. Tried to order a light, was charged a "warranty fee" I didn't want. Light never shipped, and when I asked for a tracking number they supposedly refunded my order. I fully expect the card I used to be compromised now.

They have made multiple charges on my card for things I did not order. Thankfully my bank caught it pretty quick and froze my card. Inconvenient but a blessing.
This company is not US based, from China and are theives.

Do not order from this website, they get your cc# and continuously try to make bogus charges on your card, I had 4 different companies using my card number, be aware don't order anything

Horrible, deceptive company.
Ordered an item and was told it would ship from Nevada and I would have the item in 2 to 5 days. As soon as order placed, I was informed that there would be a delay in shipping item and they would let me know when it shipped. A WEEK later, I was told it shipped and given tracking information for a package coming from CHINA!!
Still have not received item. Company refuses to refund for item. I am opening a dispute with my credit card company.

I ordered a GPS tracker for my senior father‘s car. Instead, I received a bottle of hand lotion. When I called customer service to request the right item be shipped. I was cussed at and told not only would I not receive the product I wouldn’t receive a refund. This is America call a lawyer. Do not do business with this company.

Well where should I start I wrote 2 reviews before this one this company needs to be shut down they are scammers, liars, false advertising products, rude ,hang up on customers, don't won't to give yoy tracking info cause they send different products that's not on site where u order cause u see one thing then it's finely gets to you and it's not what u ordered it's a Robot for a 3 yr old that sings and dances not the Robot that's one there site and they still don't want to give me a refund they told me I had to file a dispute with my back or cash app they still sending the same email never no new information so no this company sucks don't order from them unless u won't to lose money or get crappy products!!!!! And I made report to Better Business Bureau and county commissioner!!!!
