I bought a pressure washer hose…

I bought a pressure washer hose connector.
Item won't connect to any hose.
I called the company,for returning the infective item,I pay shipping plus 15% restocking fee.plus 50% refund on the product .
If I had read these reviews before I would have saved myself the trouble.
Please don't buy things from these company.

I ordered a dash camera from vernier…

I ordered a dash camera from vernier store which represent themselves as an American company . While checking out i was forced to purchase the insurance for an addtional $7.95 , would not process the order without it. FIRST STRIKE! I live about two hours from their business office in Raleigh,NC and assumed the product would be coming from there. I later got a tracking number showing it shipping from Hong Kong and may not be here for another couple of weeks . I emailed the company with my concerns and got responses from Mark and Tom that were very generic . After reading others reviews here about the customer service reps having asian accents I have to assume these guys are running a scam on the American people . Double charging, not refunding , other misc. charges ..... Robbing people! I will be disputing the charge with my credit card company to day. Avoid doing business with this Sham of a company !!!!!!

Scam

Scam . Ordered shoes. Never received them. Got emails everyday telling me there was a delay in shipping. Called the company and got chewed out by a rude lady who told me I need to read the email again that apparently I wasn't smart enough to understand it. Then she hung up on me. DONT BUY FROM THESE THIEVES.

Horrible experience

They charged me 4 times for the same pair of shoes. And, charged me for insurance in which I never asked for. Very sneaky. I called 5 times before they finally said that they will refund the money. If I didn't keep up on them, I never would get back my money. I'm still waiting for the return to my account. They said it takes 10 days. It's a shame because they had nice shoes at great prices. I learned my lesson with this company. And, to note, the customer service team are nice and helpful, but they are just the middle guy, they can't give the refunds. I hope I get it.

Impossible to deal with

Awful experience. Random recurring charges for 2x the order price, terrible and rude customer service (if you can wait 20+ minutes to be answered). Shoes are sized wrong, and returns are not possible.

Inferior workmanship

I googled Merrill sandals & somehow ended up on this site which I wasn’t aware of until I ordered. The sandals came weeks later & are totally inferior product. The sole is flat, the sandal is wide & fits poorly. I would never use this company again.

I ordered one pair of footwear and it automatically processed two pairs of the same. When I tried to call their so called 24 hours customer service, it keeps hanging up. I wanted one pair only. And on top of that the order is still sitting there. No option to cancel on the site of course.
Update on this, the extra order was cancelled.
I shall wait for delivery of the original order to edit this. Thanks

Misleading company

I ordered a standing desk from verniershop. This thing is a pain to set up and wanted to send it back. The product's webpage says "30-day returns". I emailed asking to return it and was told sale items are final and they offered 30% back. I sent a screenshot of the page showing "30-day returns" and they offered 50% and then 60%. I'm on hold with the 24/7 (supposedly) customer service line right now so I can talk to someone (first in line and have been waiting 20 minutes).
I always look at reviews before purchasing something online. All reviews were 5 stars. I tried to write a review but couldn't change the star rating. I asked how I can change the star rating and never got a response.
They advertise that this company is owned and operated from the USA but my product came from overseas and the reps that I have spoken to on the phone have a foreign accent. It's very misleading.
Shortly after I purchased the desk I got 2 alerts from my bank that there were suspicious charges and they closed my debit card. IDK if that was a coincidence or not...

Avoid at all costs

Avoid at all costs! I ordered a desktop sand art piece. It took weeks to arrive, even though I live near Raleigh. It was shipped from China - apparently on a slow boat. I received an e-mail saying the slow shipping was due to tariffs. Perhaps keep some inventory in the US??
The major issue is that 19 days after my order for $47.46 was processed, an additional charge of $39.99 was made to my credit card. Around the same time, some other unauthorized charges were made, so Visa shut down my card and sent me a new one/new account opened. I tried calling the merchant listed for both charges (Zentrasport, not Vernier) and after MANY minutes of holding, reached someone with marginal English skills who said the charge would be refunded. I explained that the card had been closed but he said it was no problem and the refund would still go through in 2-3 days. After over a week I called back and went through the same painful hold process and was again assured it would go through. I am still waiting to see. In the meantime, I noticed on one of the confirmation e-mails for my purchase the following note in small print: "Rewards Club: If you have selected too be apart of our rewards club welcome! Billing starts after 19 days at $39.99 per month. Please use code REWARDS50 too avail of your 50% off - please note if you didn't select rewards this code will not work + once you unsubscribe this code will become invalid." So my guess is that they are enrolling people in the "Rewards Club" without permission. I never agreed to join the club, nor did I receive 50% off. Sounds like a quick way to make $39.99 off of a lot of people who don't check their credit card charges.
Again - avoid dealing with this merchant!

I ordered a solar fan hat which was delayed for weeks. A month later I started having fraudulent charges on my card. You can’t speak to anyone and you are unable to leave a message. I had to cancel my credit card so they don’t charge anymore. I also wish I would have seen the reviews prior to buying their product which doesn’t even work. Piece of crap product and company!!

Your Order WILL Arrive Late And You're Guaranteed Aggravation!

I ordered the Seat Belt Extenders on July 10, 2025. They were listed as IN STOCK in North Carolina, I live in Florida. Delivery was expected in 2-3 days, Email arrived saying delivery in 2 weeks. I could not wait that long, as this was a gift. I immediately contacted them to cancel order. Phone number is a waste of time. Recording said I was 1st caller. After holding on for 15 minutes, I hung up. My emails we met with yet another stumble block...They were being sent to another office and response would take 24 hours. The response was that order could NOT be cancelled because it had already been "PROCESSED", whatever that means. It still took 8 more days to arrive! I almost forgot, I was offered a 30% discount on my order, in an email, from rep. Ash. Where is that? Also, their ad says 10% discount on first order. Where is that? I am not going to go into detail about their FREE shipping and how they casually add the $7.99 to the order for shipping insurance. I demanded a refund and it was given immediately...When I went to my credit card account to see that I was given the credit, my bank had already marked it as spam and removed the charge. Now I want to return this item, unopened, as I received the same item in 1 day, from Amazon, and have already gifted it. I refuse to pay return postage, as they OWE ME 10% as a new customer and $3.00 for my aggravation. I'm sure that everyone is a new customer, as I can't imagine anyone returning to this unscrupulous business.
PS~ They blamed delays on Trump's Tariffs...Has he placed tariffs on North Carolina?

Ordered a power washer extension

Ordered a power washer extension, advertised as 25 feet but was much shorter. When emailed company about a return they wanted to deduct a 15% restocking fee despite that it was returned per their return policy. In addition, and possibly most importantly, they continued to charge my credit card for and extended warranty!!! Avoid this company for false advertising and scamming customers!

This is a scam

This is a scam, some one needs to shut this so called place or wat ever it is, do not order anything from these people not worth it. The BBB or government need to step in to protect consumers from idiots like this. Customer service is a joke the guy can barely speak English n very rude.

Disappointed with Poor Quality and Performance

I purchased a Robot Vacuum from vernierstore.com and was extremely disappointed. The product felt cheaply made, with flimsy plastic parts that didn’t inspire confidence right out of the box. Unfortunately, it never actually worked as intended — it wouldn’t start properly and failed to perform even basic cleaning tasks. For the price, I expected something far more reliable and better built. Definitely would not recommend this product. They wouldn't offer me a refund and made me pay for shipping to refund the poorly made robot vacuum cleaner.

It took a month for my product to show up at my house. It definitely is not what I ordered, on their website. The return and refunding process is a joke. 2 calls from me, both were on holding for 10-15 minutes each. Both calls I had terrible service and rude people. Last one I was hanged up while asking another question about their email. This is B.S. company, selling B.S.
