I ordered a BLACK and received a ROSE GOLD colored watch.
I waited almost 2 weeks, thinking this was made in the USA, and my updates kept telling my in transit from BFE. When I called to let them know about the wrong color received, the lady on the other line was very RUDE!!
Too bad, I was actually looking forward to this new addition to my wrist!

I bought a weed trimmer off the site. Wanted it arrived. It was clearly an inferior product. It was supposed to come from the US but had been shipped from China. I tried to return it. They impose a 15% restocking fee plus customer must pay the return fee, despite the fact that the product was not as described.

Also, when I purchased the product, they charge me.$7.95 for some shipping protection plan that I did not purchase. I was able to have that charge reversed.

I wish I’d seen the reviews on this company before I ordered. I will never use this company again and will not recommend it to anybody. It was a horrible experience
UPDATE: on 7/10/25 this company place two fraudulent charges on my credit card. Fortunately, the credit card company caught it. BEWARE: Stay away from this company!!!

Ordered from store because it seemed to be a US store/business. First charged me the $7.95 protection despite me nit choosing that. They took care of that. Then my item (desk fan) ships directly from China—not American. Arrives 2 weeks after order. On a positive note, it arrived and works. But today, I get a fraud alert from Chase for a Charge from Zoolase (all my email correspondence re: the Vernier store order, and only this company, comes from Zoolase). It is a fraudulent charge, so it was denied and new card on its way. Won’t be ordering from Vernier Shop any more. Don’t be fooled like I was by the American flag on the home page.

We purchased 300 Transparent Waterproof Adhesive to waterproof our shower tub. And it says shipping from Reliegh N.C. but it was actually shipped from CHINA. And I have the tracking number where it's coming from for proof. So BUYERSBEWARE. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.

This is a big scam. I ordered a couple of adult shirts, and they sent us kid sized low quality shirts. They are not willing to give refund as well. Also, my credit card details appears to be stolen after the transaction with them.

Card compromised! Do NOT ORDER from them!! I ordered 1item & paid for it. They have attempted to pull money 9 different times with a slightly varied name for $39.99 & $19.99 each time! Do NOT order from them!!!

If you buy something from them they will charge you $39.99 each month after that! They say you sign up for their membership automatically every time you buy something from them… this is such a scam! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM!!! Buy from tenu instead! That’s what they use anyway!

This is a SCAM COMPANY. Website states 30 day return policy and item in stock and shipping from Raleigh NC. Purchased a portable hair dryer that did not work. When I tried to return, they claimed it was not returnable and began to negotiate a 30% and then 50% refund. Also, the item was shipped from China, not North Carolina.

I wouldn't give them any stars if I could. This company is a sham. Buyer beware! I ordered the garden art eagle. What came in no way matched what they advertised, pieces were missing so couldn't put it together if I wanted to. Also no assembly directions. I called to complain and they said to send it back and they would send a shipping label for me to return it. Then I get an email saying I have to send it back on my dime, pay for insurance and tracking and then they would refund 50% right away and the remaining 50% minus a 15% restocking fee once they got the returned item me OR I could keep it, they would give 50% refund and a $15 credit towards a future order. Future order, my ass I'll never order from them again. Total scam!!

This company is a joke. They said I clicked a button to join a recurring $35 charge each month (for which you receive no extra products). I asked to have it cancelled. They did not cancel it. I was charged twice more. I asked to have my money refunded. They said they did. I received $17.50. When I asked for the rest of my money back, they said "for the last time" they refunded it and to file a complaint with my bank. This company is a total fraud. If I could give them less stars I would. Save yourself the trouble and burn your money. At least then you'd save yourself the frustration of arguing with a complete fraud of a company.

This product is a joke. Ordered to temporarily replace a tooth. After over 2 weeks I get a little bottle of beads with instructions on the side of the box in broken English. Guesswork on how much to use. The bottle is little so if you get it wrong no sdcond chances. No mold nothing. Advertised like you could replace an entire tooth. There is no way. Maybe a patch but otherwise no.

It took over 10 days to even ship my order, and customer service didn't respond until I messaged them twice. Once it arrived, the item was okay, but the delay left a bad impression.

Not only was the product utter garbage - but they automatically sign you up for a $39.00 monthly "rewards program" subscription after your purchase. Cannot imagine something more fraudulent! Automatic opt-in with no prior knowledge (unless you dig around in the fine print of their site...)

Shut these guys down.

After reading all the negative reviews and experiences with the company, I called and cancelled my orders. I was treated very rudely. She couldn't tell me where the company is based. I may have to cancel my credit card. They also sneak in a monthly membership fee. Wondering if this is a scam.

This company is a sham... The warehouse is in North Carolina, and have an answering service in Florida... They will charge your card MULTIPLE TIMES for subscription fees, warranties, and "feed the hungry" fees that you never agree to. Customer Service center operator, when asking for a refund, DID NOT process the request after 4 business days, so had to call again. DO NOT EVEN THINK of ordering anything from these people...

All wrong. I would give ZERO if that’s an option. I ordered a pair of sandals 5/22/25. The next day I received an email that my order didn’t go through I did the transaction all over and lo and behold I was charged for 2 pairs plus two 7.95 charges for “protection “. I cancelled the protection and was refunded I tried to cancel the duplicate order but was told that it was too late. Days went by and no sandals came Excuses for not delivery were lack of supplies tariffs etc Then my card was charged $39.99 for protection again I had to call my credit card to cancel the new card. June 9 I received one pair of sandals came and got an email that the second sandals were shipped and will arrive June 13. This is June24 and no sandals. They promised refund several times so far nada.

I am deeply disturbed by the treatment I received from this company. I ordered a seat cushion and had to contact customer service — what followed was beyond unacceptable. The phone connection was poor, and the representative was difficult to understand. When I gave her my name, she responded with condescension and attitude, then proceeded to lecture me in a rude and dismissive tone.

As a U.S. citizen who was born in another country, I was shocked when she said, “What? This is the United States of America” — and then hung up on me. That behavior is discriminatory, unprofessional, and shameful. No one should be treated this way, especially by a company that claims to serve the public. I will never order from them again and caution others to think twice.

This is a horrible company that I will never use again.
1)First I was forced to buy an "insurance/warranty" policy that I did not want. After a long search thru their website, and a lot of hassle I was finally able to call and get that cancelled.
2) I got an item that was substandard and not as advertised.
3) There was no place on the website to find how to make a return. I finally called and got ahold of a very grumpy, and not very bright man, who didn't seem to know what he was doing and then got rude with me. He said my instructions would come in 48 hours.
4) Today I got my return "offer." A 50% refund, plus a 15% restocking fee and I have to pay return shipping. Obviously on an item that was originally $19.97, a 50% refund leaves me with $10. Then subtract the 15%, and I have $8.50. Return shipping will be $5, or more, so as I'm sure Verniers is gleefully counting on, it isn't worth me sending the item back. 5) As to their offer of store credit. I don't want a single thing from them.

The absolute WORST customer experience in my entire life. This is a SCAM company!! DO NOT order anything from them, once they have your money, they will NOT provide an ounce of support>. I've spent over a month and SEVERAL phone calls and emails trying to get a refund on a piece of junk Chinese made coat hook and every time I finally get through to the customer service, I'm told a different story but have yet to see the refund they tell me is approved. Complete waste of time!!!!!

Tried to cancel after they tacked on an additional $7.95 replacement charge that I didn't ask for. No answer at phones, nor replies to emails. The sandals, when they finally arrived 3 weeks later are total junk. Avoid this junk shop at all costs. You get way less than you pay for!
