Attractive pricing versus competitors. The quality of the tap is first class. I installed it myself and the instructions could be a little clearer if I’m honest. I went with the biometric 4 in 1 tap and for the price it is unbeatable. I had one issue I couldn’t solve during set up and one email to Verossi and I had an answer back from Chloe. Tap is perfect. So glad I bought it. First class from start to finish. I would highly recommend

Don’t do it
Very disappointed with the tap I ordered from Verossi. It looks and feels cheap, the finish is poor, and it simply doesn’t feel well made or of the quality I expected for the price.
I had my plumber look at it, and his view was that it wouldn’t last long. Buy cheap, buy twice! Except it wasn’t that cheap.
The returns process is also unnecessarily difficult. Before you can return the tap, you have to justify why you’re returning it, then contend with an email trying to convince you not to return it, before waiting for a returns label to be provided. You’re also charged for the return.
Don’t be fooled by the polished marketing and website, the tap I received did not reflect the premium impression created online. In my experience, the product simply wasn’t worth the price, and I wouldn’t order from Verossi again knowing they charge for returns when you’re unhappy with the quality of the product provided.

Great service and quality
Order arrived in decent time, they sent a helpful email to let me know to check it once it arrives and what to do if there’s any damage. There’s a 2 year warranty. Not had it fitted yet but so far it looks great quality.
