First we had the pile of crap REVOLUT robbing & scamming us and now another so called “bank”that is being allowed to do exactly the same & getting away with it.
HOW DO THESE RUTHLESS, ROBOT OPERATED INSTITUTIONS CONTINUE TRADING WITH THOUSANDS OF COMPLAINTS BEING MADE TO THEM DAY AFTER DAY????
I have learnt my costly lesson and all I can say is if you want a reliable, non thieving online bank then STAY AWAY FROM VERSE and REVOLUT

Any potential customers should be aware that support is only available through email or web interfaces, which can be slow and inadequate for a financial services provider. The significant risk of a lack of human support, coupled with a seemingly pattern of freezing accounts due to the actions of contacts in a person's contact list, makes your company unreliable and poses a significant risk to funds.

While I have had good experiences with your company in the past and have appreciated the service you provide, the inability to get timely support when problems arise is unacceptable. I would suggest that potential customers avoid your company unless they are willing to wait for significant periods of time for answers and can afford to lose access to their money for that period.

Again, let me emphasize the risk to funds and the lack of timely support when problems arise. I strongly suggest avoiding verse.me altogether or being prepared to wait for significant periods of time for answers.

My account was blocked after I received 2500 euros from my brother..and they are not replying me on emails.. is either they unblocked my account or return the money back to the sender Please.

Update: I am very frustrated and depressed right now please speak to me on why you blocked my account after money was deposited in it 2500 euro . I have been using verse since last year , sometimes I was scared of transferring money into it because of reviews here but recently you people asked me to re verify my identity which I did and after I started using it just to get blocked with money inside 😫 .. please return the money

I had credit on my account and all of a sudden it was gone. When asked, customer service claimed I had been hacked and it was my fault. But that can't be because otherwise my Bitcoins and Paypal would also have been hacked, all accounts at one device, but they were not. When I said that a friend of mine had the same thing happen to him, they simply blocked my account with the reason that I was a fraud. who gives such fraudsters a banking license???

I think this is a scam, my Verse account have been blocked for some days without reason i have tried several times to send helloverse@.com but no response, they just blocked immediately I received money on it.. it is a scam I feel really really hurt!
