Hello,
I just opened my account few days ago, and I do a transfer of 8500€ in my verse account to use it because N26 doesn’t work nice. 4 hours after I receive the money verse block the account. It’s all the money I have in my life it’s all my work and now I have no money and nothing to do because I don’t have anyone with to talk. PLEASE HELP ME Verse I need help. I have to pay my rent in the beginning of February and now I have no money.

Soporte desastroso, tardan un monton en responder, y encima cuando lo hacen piden cosas absurdas, como por ejemplo tarjetas que están a tu nombre, pedir justificantes de titularidad, y no conformes con eso te bloquean la cuenta con mucha ligereza, lo que se traduce en un servicio muy poco fiable para tu dinero.

Horrible support, they take a lot of time to respond, and on top of that when they do it, they ask for absurd things, such as cards that are in your name, ask for proof of ownership, and then they go on blocking your account really fast, which translates in a very unreliable service for your money.

Very bad reach to customer service call centre. I tried to call many times but every time they give me a notification that the line is too crowded.

My friend receiveid payment about 90 eur fo pay his bills for living, because fu***ng verse sent him mails - pay better with verse. How can you pay with that f***ing service? After receiving transfer of 90 eur my acc got "magically temporary fu***ng bloced" WT*??? for whath???? I asked support for whath? They replied to me - explain to us who owns acc nr. EE****************** explained to them that it is corppirative acc for corporaion Transwerwise, and after that explanation they did not replied to multiple requests and mails. A week is a round and no answer. Fuc* verse. I will spend a lot of money to get from them my 90 eur.

My friend sent me 93 euro from revolut and Verse "froze" my account and askes me to proof(with no req. Just told - please proof that you are you, lol). I sent email 2 weeks ago with question "please explain How can i proove it". No answer.

Scam. Can't withdraw and it started to pay random bills with my money.

Typical SCAM. They are based on ignorance. In their FAQ there is a description that you can create another account to a different phone number after deleting the old account. After that they blocked my new account and took over the money. Transfers do not come. Complete lack of contact. Thieves!
