I looked at a JCW a while ago and the figures didn't add up. The man I spoke to at the time Curtis said he would keep me in mind and if and when the figures added up he would contact. He duly did this someone keeping their word means a lot. The process started and Charlotte dealt with the whole process, she is superb, personable and helpful. The whole process was smooth and an enjoyable experience. Nothing is too much trouble even when dealing with a Techno Phoebe like me. I have bought cars off the company for years from BMW M Cars and for the last years Mini. In their old Guise and also now VERTU. I would recommend to anybody. Thank you VERTU Exeter.

Right from the outset, I was able to deal with the same person from start to finish Ben Pascal, and a couple of times when there was difficulty between my bank and the dealership, his manager Nicola? Spoke to me at least twice on the phone, and then introduced herself whilst I was finishing the paperwork. ( I have always been bad at remembering names of people and places).

I have to say the experience was great from start to finish. After selling my current vehicle at short notice , I called in with quite a specific ask with some tight timescales . Richard Perrett took on the challenge and delivered exactly what I needed when I needed it . First class experience .

He went out of his way to source sidesteps and mud flaps despite all JLR systems being down

Adam Camp was brilliant throughout the whole process from showing us a range of cars in our price bracket to the day we purchased and drove away the car.

The quality of service delivery, knowledge and customer care was second to none from Matt Levick, he made the whole experience a pleasure, he is a consummate professional, I am delighted with my new car, the spec is all and more than I expected.
From a company policy prospective I was less than impressed that my cherished number plate could not be assigned prior to collection which I know is legally doable on a used vehicle and more importantly the £17k plus due on the part exchange was not immediately transferred to my account, apparently that won’t be until next week sometime!! This is totally unsatisfactory and no doubt embarrassing for the salesman as at the front line he has to pass on to the customer news that he knows will not be received cordially, I doubt whether Vertu would have let me take my new car from them without handing any money over for it!! (I had in fact fully paid up several days before collection). Now 16/9 and have not received a response from Vertu, everyone else seems to have acknowledged

Took delivery of my new Peugeot on Sat .
The team at vertu motors were great especially Lucy who was so patient (I asked a lot of questions )
She was also very knowledgeable &nothing was to much trouble .
