The handover of my Renault 5ev was…
The handover of my Renault 5ev was excellent. The wait was more than worthwhile.
Our Sales contact was Angel Webb who had kept me informed of the order process through all its stages.
She was so knowledgeable about the model and from the test drive onwards I had full confidence in her abilities and efficiency.
The actual handover was a joy, from unwrapping the car, having photo opportunities and reminders of basic controls for the drive home.

Bought a golf gtd from them last week . Put a deposit down drove up from broadstairs to Nottingham (210 miles there) on bank holiday Monday to view the car . Abi came in on her day off to show me the car . Straight away offered coffee and time to look around the car . No pushy ness just any question were answered . Test drive was good and deal was done . Abi kept in the loop on the car and was delivered on the Friday . 5stars

Sales staff Connor Seal made the whole process of buying the electric Renault R5 a pleasure. He even worked on his day off to accommodate my handover. He was always contactable by phone, SMS and email, assisting with all my queries quickly and efficiently. My R5 arrived within three weeks of order which was so exciting. The car is fantastic. So my experience was very positive from start to finish. So thank you Connor / Vertu Renault.
Two minor issues which were not so impressive though - firstly the sales advisors desks are situated at the glass window sides of the showroom which were extremely hot and bright when the sun was out. Also, the ladies toilet needs a decorate / upgrade.

Very positive experience
Had a great experience with Vertu Dacia in Nottingham! Test drives and conversations did not feel sales lead, had a real chance to test the car out with child seats, on longer drive etc. All has been speedy and car delivered ahead of time! For now, 5 stars! Assuming servicing in a year to be smooth, I highly recommend. Will come and add addition in 12 months after first service.

we arrived at the dealership, had a walk round the lot and we served by somebody called Jordan, no pushy sales pitch, just so easier to deal with, my 21 year old son went for a test drive, just took a copy of his licence and off he went, ended up buying two cars a fiat 500 and a Citroen C1, when we collected the Fiat is was covered up and we had the big reveal being his 1st car it made it extra special for him, smooth all the way through. HIGHLY RECOMENDED!!! customer service at it's best!

What a great sales experience. We popped in not really knowing what to expect having been to several car supermarkets and having an average to terrible experience. Right from the off Abi greeted us, even though she was in the middle of something else, made us feel really welcome and valued and spent so much time ensuring we had a great car at a great price with every extra we wanted. There was no pushy sales, she was just a natural, friendly, very knowledgeable and extremely helpful sales advisor.
