First time using the Vertu Renault services in Plymouthfor warranty work and I am a very happy customer. From the service desk in the reception where I dealt with Sophie Foord to the vehicle overview video from the workshop engineers everything was just perfect. Parts ordered and fitted, use of a courtsy vehicle was just the ticket as I live 35 miles from the dealership.
I am very happy and will be using VERTU Renault Plymouth for all my future vehicle servicing and MOT requirements. I just can't praise the quality of the service enough.

The whole procedure was very quick and efficient. I booked service and MOT online on the day I needed and immediately had a text to confirm. I received a reminder text and instructions on how to check in, which was also online. All I had to do when I arrived at the centre was to register on their automatic check in and pop my key in the box which opened automatically. I had chosen to wait while the service and MOT were done. The seating area was pleasant, and there was plenty of complimentary tea, coffee and water to keep me happy whilst I waited. After a while I received an automatic text linking me to my diagnostic video, which is invaluable as it shows exactly what's been checked and how things are under the vehicle. Shortly after that I received a further text asking me for payment. I like the automatic, seamless version of dealing with essential motor checks, but if I had wanted to avoid online payment etc then there were plenty of staff on the floor who would have readily helped me. As it was, I just had one interaction with a lovely lady called Sophie, who brought me my documents, explained what was what, and walked me to my car, which had been cleaned to perfection. Absolutely brilliant service from start to finish. Easy to get to show room actually in Plymouth, whereas I had previously had to drive to Exeter. Members of staff were as pleasant and helpful as I needed them to be, but ultimately it was the streamlined, automatic service which made this experience so easy and efficient.

Before visiting Vertu Dacia at Plympton, Plymouth, I did a lot of research about the Dacia Spring Extreme that I was interested in buying.
Having dealt with a previous dealer acquired by Vertu I wasn't sure about this new branch.
I was reassured when I arrived by being given a good explanation by Liam about the car I was interested in.
I was able to test drive the Dacia over about 5 miles and was quite happy with the car and Liam's answers to my questions.
I agreed to buy the car and collected it on Saturday 14 March.
