Going the Extra Mile
On finding the right car buying / trading in a car with a dealer over 200 miles away can be stressful, but the pre and post sales experience was professional, courteous and very helpful without feeling pressurised. Sometimes buying a new car can be very stressful, but here at Vertu, was not a problem. Charlie took care of it all, he was very helpful, nothing was too much for him. Also he took the time to explain more about the vehicle and controls. I have not had this from anywhere except here at Vertu in Stafford.
Happy, helpful, friendly faces. They are not pushy sales people.

Blown away by the whole team at Vertu Stafford as always. We've been purchasing from this dealership for the last twelve years and the team are amazing and totally understand the customer experience. Great to liaise with Darryl throughout, especially as our car was made to order. Appreciated his thoroughness and help to determine which model we chose as the features and colour were important to us.
Welcomed advice from Lee and Matt to process the new grant legislation for the EV and set up our financing options. Loving our new Puma Gen-E. Its a stunning car and a joy to drive.

I've used 3 dealerships over a few yrs and found not 1 has a good customer service ethos. Ive tried this last week buying a car from vertu stafford. I went in there dealership on a Saturday done the deal or so I thought was supposed collect car following Saturday only to find out on the Friday they hadn't even bothered to sort the paperwork out. I had tried contacting them numerous times In the week to no avail. I find bristol street motors as it was called now know as vertu are lacking on there customer service on a serious scale.? I canceled my application on the Friday went to a competitor on the Saturday namely TC Harrison and brought 1 from them same model in 1 day. I would never go bk to vertu again I find them seriously lacking as a ford dealer .it makes no difference to me as I will never use vertu again the only positive thing was the service lad who sorted my issue todo with my mot was first class his name was Jake wot a great help he was . Unfortunately I wnt even use vertu to service my cars at all as uve lost me as a customer I dnt rate ur company as worth bothering with I will stay as a customer to TC Harrison as they know how to look after there customer many thanks
