I bought my bike on 17th and haven't done more than 23 miles and I've just realised in the dunn today that the LCD screen is scratched to hell! Why wouldn't your workshop of left the protection cover on for the customer to decide whether to remove it or not!! Also I went in the day after to enquire about them installing some cameras and fog lights but the workshop bloke came out and said they won't do it as they aren't any good at removing fairing panels?? A motorcycle workshop that can't remove honda fairing panels, WHAT!!!
or do you mean that because I didn't buy them from you due to your extortionate prices you won't install them??
Stick to selling honda cars and let tilstons motorcycle's in Stockton carry on selling the honda motorcycle brand as I'm pretty sure they would come up with a lame excuse.

Vertu Stockton car purchases
we had a very good experience with Vertu Stockton.
From the initial enquiry by phone to book an appointment for a test drive Matthew Bacon had responded by email with a video of the demonstrator car we were interested in. He later made a courtesy phone call to make sure we were happy to attend for the test drive.
On arrival we were met by Matthew who offered us coffee. He went through how Honda sales works and details of the car.
We then took a test drive, which was very nice, on returning to the showroom we were taken through the finance options on purchasing the car, the various options available and the trade in value for my own car.
There was no pressurisation in the process at all and was very friendly through out.
We signed on the dotted line there and then.
All the paperwork and invoices came through very
quickly.
We connected to the Honda ID website to see our order progress. Matthew kept us informed of progress on a regular basis, and the car wash delivered an eek early.
On collection day unfortunately Matthew was not there but a very pleasant young man Nathan professionally saw us through the hand over of our new car, we were also introduced to Jake the business manager and Kevin Newell general manager, both thanked us for our business and passed on business cards and said if we need help with anything at all to call them directly.
So to summarise, a very pleasant experience, no pressured sales and very friendly staff.
we would highly recommend.

New car handover
When picking up my new Motability leased car Matthew and his colleagues were polite, friendly and helpful.
Matthew came in on a day of his holiday just to do this handover.
He explained the process clearly and showed us around the car and demonstrated all the operational systems needed to drive home safely and confidently.

The staff
The staff went above and beyond very customer focused friendly and knowledgeable as they needed to be as the buying process with apps links and texts etc was very difficult to navigate for someone who is not familiar with technology thank you for getting us through this elongated process.

Matthew and Jake were both really helpful on each visit to the showroom. Took me through the process of my motability application and answered any questions I had. First of all I went to Honda for a recall on my head light and then they insisted on me having a health check done on my bike so I had it done told me my bike needed chain tension doing and charged me 60 for that then ask how much service would cost told me 240 and again over priced was quoted 160 for the same thing not being going back to them
