I was looking to buy a recently registered Citroen C3 and had a two year old vehicle to part exchange. Having explained this to one of the sales executive at Vertu Motors Tamworth I was taken through the process of identifying on line a vehicle that would meet my requirements. In a short time a suitable vehicle was identified as being available at Vertu Derby and was told that this could be brought from Derby for my inspection. This happened within three days and I agreed to purchase it. To date I am delighted with my new purchase. My whole experience at Vertu Tamworth was very positive, from my initial contact with the sales executive through to being handed the keys to my new vehicle.During this time I also came into contact with other members of the team who were equally friendly and helpful. Following my purchase I had occasion to return to seek advice on the operation of the in car 'phone and Satnav which had been explained to me at the time of the handover, but I had not totally absorbed. I was made very welcome and two members of staff soon sorted it out for me. Based on my experience I can thoroughly recommend a visit to Vertu Tamworth when considering buying a replacement vehicle.

Kept waiting from 0915hrs until 1530hrs…
Kept waiting from 0915hrs until 1530hrs to be told my car was just being looked at. Then given a courtesy car for two days whilst the repair was actioned. It wasn’t. The repair to the air on didn’t work and I’m still waiting to hear what the refund will be.

A great experience
A great experience, very helpful staff, Paul was my sales exec and guided me through the sales process in a professional and efficient way, Harry the sales manager put together a great value package that included some great additional products that made my overall purchase feel great value. I booked a test drive last Saturday for this Saturday we travelled 20 miles to find they haven't got the car we wanted to drive and didn't even really care. They offered us a different model to test but it wasn't what we went there for... Their loss.. What a complete waste of my time

Great dealership that is not pushy
