We recently bought a car from Vertu Peugeot Banbury and had such a great experience, thanks to Jack.
The service we received from Vertu was noticeably different to other showrooms we’d visited. From the start, Jack was friendly, approachable and really easy to talk to. He was clearly very knowledgeable about the cars but what we appreciated most was how honest and genuine he was. There was no pushy sales pitch at all — he just listened to what we wanted, respected our budget and worked hard to find something that genuinely suited us.
He couldn’t have been more accommodating and made the whole process feel straightforward and stress-free. We’re so grateful for his help and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Jack to anyone looking to buy a car.

Straight forward distance purchase
Verity was extremely helpful from start to finish with my distance purchase, providing a video tour and offering to focus on any areas I requested and even going so far as to deliver the car herself,
The car was delivered in exactly the described conditions and so far shows no signs of any issues.

A standout professional sales team
I was looked after by the Peugeot sales team from the moment I stepped into the showroom.
They were very professional and managed my expectations extremely well and explained thoroughly all of the options and helped me to make my decision. They were not pushy in any way which I've experienced with other dealerships.
The whole process was quite long due to the paperwork, agreements, etc., but I felt well equipped to make the right decision especially as it is a large purchase!
Very professional and friendly.

Poor after service
So my 3008 went in Tuesday for a recall and other issues. A petrol hybrid. I was given an EV as a curtesy car, no problem it was only for the day. Today is Friday, car still with them, software problems. But it’s me chasing them, communication, poor. I explained I have no charging port can you give me a lead to charge from the mainframe at home; No there all out. Then what do I do, sorry there’s nothing we can do. So car recalled, repair taking four times longer thus far, still no idea when it will be done and massive inconvenience that I have to drive and sit and wait while this EV charges. How is that regarded as good service. Very poor and not much care.

Very poor and non existent after sales servo
Booked my car into BSM at 9am, not heard anything at 2 pm phoned and went to answer phone and said they would call back and didn't, phoned at 3pm answer phone would phone back and didn't, 4pm answer phone,went to car sales and immediately answered, connected to service said they were pricing things up, 5pm called in on spec, no pricing, nothing done on car after 8 hours disinterested service team
