Buying a car experience
Went in to look at cars (specifically the 2008) which we got a great deal on for part exchange with Callum, who talked us through the process, letting us test drive the car and the buying process was quick and easy. Car was cleaned and filled up when we picked it up. Such friendly staff and great experience.

Fantastic experience with Sofia at Vertu Motors, Harlow
We contacted Vertu Motors, Harlow after finding a car through an online search.
Sofia was very helpful and sent us a detailed video demo of the car before our appointment. We had a lovely test drive experience and did not feel pressured at any point to make a quick decision on whether to proceed. Any minor concerns we had were rectified before we collected the car and we were reassured that if we identified any issues in the first few weeks of owning the car that we could come back for further assistance. I can’t fault the Customer Service at all and I work in Sales myself. I would highly recommend Vertu Motors, Harlow and Sofia in particular.

Absolute devious and conning company!!!!
I am extremely disappointed and beyond stressed out with my experience with the Peugeot used car sales team.
Since purchasing our vehicle just 2 years ago, it has been nothing but trouble. We have experienced repeated issues including the car going into limp mode multiple times, both ball joints failing, and an oil warning light that has been coming on for years without resolution. Most recently, the alternator failed and after waiting two months for an appointment at the service centre, we were initially told there was no issue, only for them to later confirm the alternator did in fact need replacing.
The lack of consistency, communication, and accountability has been incredibly frustrating.
Due to the ongoing problems and unreliability of the vehicle, we have now made the difficult decision to cut our losses and to sell it,. As a family with four young children, we simply cannot rely on a car that has spent more time being repaired than on the road. Myself and partner poured our hard earned, blood sweat and tears into the purchase of this car!
To make matters worse, we have now discovered that the car had previously been registered as a taxi to which this was something that was never disclosed to us at the point of sale. This has significantly impacted the car’s value and has left us facing a financial loss on top of everything else,
We’re left with a car that is constantly breaking down, that no one wants to touch with it being a previous taxi!! We’re just trying to survive with small children and we were conned!!
Overall, this has been a very stressful and disappointing experience. I would strongly advise others to be extremely cautious and ensure full history and transparency before purchasing.
We expected far better from a brand like Peugeot. I will be taking this further!!!

second peugeot 2008 I have had from harlow
This is the second peugeot 2008 I have had, both time Callum has above amd beyond.
1st was my mobility car that was extremely important for me after my mini stroke. Callum had the car sorted and with me within a week.
Everything was explained very clearly and run as smoothly as he promised.
I recently got a new peugeot contract and again Callum served us extremely professionally. There was a hold up with delivery and he kept us informed the whole time.
