second peugeot 2008 I have had from harlow
This is the second peugeot 2008 I have had, both time Callum has above amd beyond.
1st was my mobility car that was extremely important for me after my mini stroke. Callum had the car sorted and with me within a week.
Everything was explained very clearly and run as smoothly as he promised.
I recently got a new peugeot contract and again Callum served us extremely professionally. There was a hold up with delivery and he kept us informed the whole time.
Callum is an asset to peugeot

I’m writing this review to show how appreciate of everything that Lauren Jarvis and the sales team have done for me. My car broke down and I needed to look for a new car. I went to the Peugeot dealership in Harlow as I have bought several cars from them over the years and always happy with the service but this occasion I can honestly say Lauren was exceptional. I had a lot of stress with dealing with the old car and she supported me throughout with the old car and then the new car. It was extremely stressful for me but the support I was given was exceptional I have never received such a helpful, kind and compassionate staff. Lauren in my opinion saved me and kept me updated all the time I would have been lost without her. I would recommend this Peugeot dealership to anyone that is looking to buy a car they are the best. Again Lauren I would really like to say thank you for everything that you have done for me for the past nearly 3 weeks I will never forget the support you have given me

Mutiple breakdowns.
Car broke down twice in first 3 months. Both times car was completely immobilized and had to be recovered.
First time starter+motor and battery were replaced.
Second time whilst in stop-start traffic the engine switched off and wouldn't start again. Earliest the garage can look at it is 4 weeks time, so without a car for 4 weeks (at least).

Company does not honour agreements properly
Got 3 stars as the car I have with them is good but would not recommend any motability customers to avoid recently motability made an over payment which vertu were supposed to pass on to me but it is now two months since transaction and I am still waiting for my money seeking legal advise still waiting to hear will probably have to go to small claims to resolve .problem was totally resolved thankyou

Top Tier Customer Service from Vertu Motors Harlow
I’ve now bought two cars from Vertu Motors - Harlow and have also referred family members who’ve purchased from them as well — that alone says a lot about the level of service they provide.
Lauren J and Michael G in sales were fantastic. They were patient, explained everything clearly, and never once made me feel pressured. I really appreciated being given the space and time to make my own decision.
A special shout-out to the manager, Michael S, who genuinely went above and beyond to find the best deal for me. It’s rare to see that level of commitment to customer experience — he really set the gold standard.
From start to finish, the whole process was smooth, transparent and professional. Vertu Motors Harlow is now my go-to, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a quality car-buying experience.
