We went to look at a car at Peugeot OX4…
We went to look at a car at Peugeot OX4 , and at short notice, the sales team had the car ready to looked at and ready for a test drive.
It was a very hot day, so the first thing they did was offer us a cold drink. That was great customer service.
We took the car out and really liked it.
We reserved the car for £99, as we knew we had other cars to look at.
After a few days, we decided not to buy from Vertu OX4 as we got a car from another dealership.
All the staff were great and friendly. The only reason i am not giving this 5 stars is because it took nearly 2 weeks to get the £99 deposit back, after initially being told it would take 3 days.
