⭐ Brilliant Service from Scarlett at Vertu Derby
I recently purchased a new Renault Symbioz from Vertu in Derby and wanted to say how excellent the whole experience was.
From start to finish, Scarlett in the sales team was absolutely fantastic. She was friendly, knowledgeable and incredibly helpful throughout the process. Nothing ever felt rushed or pressured – she took the time to answer all of my questions, explain the different options clearly and made sure I was completely comfortable with everything before moving forward.
The whole purchase process was smooth, well organised and genuinely enjoyable, which isn’t always something you can say about buying a car! Scarlett kept me updated at every stage.

Couldn’t have asked for a better…
Couldn’t have asked for a better service from Vertu Renault, especially Daniel Redfern who went out of his way to accommodate me viewing and buying my new car, showing me the tech and features and explaining how an EV differs from what I’d previously driven. Dan even went as far as to drive the car to drop off at my house. Overall I had a very good experience and am very happy with my car, the price and the excellent customer service.

Cant think of anything that would stop me recommending this dealership
Any issues such as long lead times from order to delivery cannot be attributed to Vertu Derby; in fact they found me another car of the same specs and expedited my order by several weeks.
On my several visits to the showroom staff were always helpful and polite.
The final car price and monthly payments were very competitive due to the generous discounts given.

I was very satisfied with the customer service provided by Daniel. From the moment he first contacted me and I reserved the car, his communication was excellent. He even sent me a personalised video of the car before collection, which was a great touch and very reassuring.
When we arrived at the dealership, Daniel was already waiting for us and made the test drive experience smooth and enjoyable. Overall, everything went very smoothly, and I was genuinely impressed with the level of service.
Even after the purchase, the service remained outstanding. The service book was accidentally left behind, but Daniel handled the situation professionally. Our email communication was clear and efficient, and he sent the service book to me by post without any issues.
I am very happy with both the service and the car, and I would highly recommend Vertu Renault Derby.
