Nothing was too much trouble
Well, I'am not actually the customer, but I'am the driver for their customer, and may I just say the friendly professionalism by both Abigail and Jack Armstrong is astounding, they explain things to the customer and myself in an easy to understand none patronising way, and when showing us the ins and outs etc of the vehicle, nothing was too much trouble, which of course always made our visits to Vertu very comfortably pleasant, they're both excellent at what they do and their customer and myself are extremely grateful and wish them, and everybody at Vertu, a very happy 2026 :) Thank you once again :)

Worst dealership I've ever dealt with
Was dealing with Will for a used car, we had good conversations for a day and a half, the deal was about to be done, he went away to make a proposal with his Manager and said he would call me back in 5 mins, waited for his call, gave him the benefit of the doubt. He then emails me an hour later to say he has sold the car to another customer. Cowardly behaviour and no response to my email and phonecalls either. NEVER deal with these guys, trust and honesty is worth more than any amount for a car, absolute sharks these lot, left my old man without a motor.

This is my second car from Vertu Motors, my last one was stolen and i decided to go again to What was Renault. We was again treat so well by the staff who are professional and caring. we already knew which car we wanted, so it was a quick process but not rushed, Barry was polite and knowledgeable and quickly dealt with our request. I would recommend Vertu Motors to anyone looking for a mobility car.

A great dealership
This is the first time that I have used this dealership and bought a Renault.
It has been a pleasurable experience from the test drive up to the collection of my car.
No pushy sales people here. They have answered all my questions (there have been many!) and been professional, friendly and helpful. I particularly like
the fact that there are both female and male sales personnel.
Molly was very helpful on the test drives and Byron sorted out a delivery glitch with minimum hassle.
A special shout-out to Jack though. He dealt with the handover of my car. He was very thorough in his demonstration of the car's features and went through all my questions and allayed my concerns about driving an automatic. Despite having driven for many years, the first time I had driven an automatic and hybrid was on my test drive!
The best part was that we had a laugh throughout the whole process. The handover was fun!

Top Company and excellent salesperson
Will Thorpe was the Vertu Motors salesperson who dealt with me from my first asking about the new Renault 5 E until it’s timely delivery last week. Will was excellent throughout the whole process. He understood the car thoroughly and dealt professionally with my concerns about moving to an electric car and one with many new features and Google-driven systems. I can recommend both Vertu Motors and Will Thorpe without any hesitation.
