Perfection
Spotted a Toyota Corolla in Autotrader. An Excel hybrid model in red with black leather, and the 2 litre engine. Quite a rare specification and exactly what I was looking for. After a phone call, and a discussion about my part exchange, I was there within a couple of hours to view it. Eion presented the beautifully prepared car to me. Some very minor kerbing to the wheels was agreed to be corrected to make the car perfect in my eyes, so a deposit was left.
My personal plate transfer was expertly handled by Eion, and a week later I went to collect it.
The car was in as new condition with the diamond cut wheels sparkling.
Eion was very patient, and kept me updated via phone and email.
Many thanks to him, and a special mention to the lady at reception who made my wife tea and chatted to her whilst the handover was done.

I’ve been using the service centre for 10 years. I’ve always found Lindsey and Karen to be friendly and helpful as soon as you walk through the door, and then Dan, Alison and Chrissy have all got to know me over time. It always feels friendly and personal and they’ve always gone above and beyond. Following my car being written off in an accident, I had set my heart on a few vehicles at other garages. However I visited Toyota to collect some things from my car and decided to test drive a Corolla estate whilst I was there. Ben was amazing! He is so calm and knowledgeable, talking me through various features of the car during the test drive. I was so at ease that I decided I would stick with Toyota after all. Unfortunately the car was no longer available but Ben, along with business manager Chris, spent over 3 hours helping me, from test drive to sourcing other vehicles and again, the service was above and beyond. I have gone on to buy a car from another garage, purely because of finding a bargain price, but Toyota Loughborough will continue to have me as a customer as I will continue to use their service department. I highly recommend both their sales and their service department.

Probably one of the best car buying experiences for both myself and my husband. Originally just my husband looking at new Yaris Cross, which he has ordered and is collecting next week, but I also saw an automatic Yaris which I took for a test drive. Absolutely loved it, and got the wheels in motion to find one that I liked. Big thanks to Eoin Casey for his assistance with getting both vehicles sorted - nothing too much trouble, and has kept us regularly updated with everything. Overall, a fab place to buy a car from, all staff very helpful, and definitely not pushy like some places. Highly recommend.

Time to replace my car
I decided that it was time to replace my car. I knew that I wanted a Toyota Yaris Hybrid.
I used CarWow to see what possible deals were available.
Vertu Motors in Loughborough offered a good deal and were relatively near to where I live.
I was able to speak to a member of the Vertu car sales team, Ben, about the car I was looking for. I also discussed part exchange for my existing car.
The deal was agreed and signed over the phone and electronically.
I went to the dealership a few days later to allow Ben to give me existing car the one over, for the part exchange.
Ben went through all the paperwork needed for the new car to be registered, practically all done electronically.
All in all from initial enquiry to hand over of my new car was less than 3 weeks.
I am very happy with car but also very happy with the service provided by Vertu.
