I have just popped into Vertu Motors Toyota Loughborough to ask a question regarding my cars charging system, I asked a very pretty lady call Chrissy a question and luckily for me she was the service manager, she listened to my question and told me she would see if a technician was available, I was asked if I would like a tea/ coffee or water and given a seat. A very short wait later a gentleman call Dean who is a Master Technician who is a highly specialized factory trained expert focused on my question and reassuringly told me I had nothing to worry about and my cars charging system was functioning as it should do. I left with a weight off my shoulders even though I originally thought I had a faulty alternator and so decided to have it changed. If I had taken my car to Vertu Motors Loughborough I could have saved myself the cost of an alternator replacement.
Big shout out to Chrissy Dean and also all of the staff that were entering the building as I was, who all said hello.
This is obviously a great company to do business with.

Busy showroom last Saturday but service was excellent.
Busy showroom last Saturday, but a young trainee came immediately to make us welcome and quickly found someone (Ben Clay) for us to talk to about the car we were looking for.
I hate buying cars and I am not keen on salespeople. Ben got the balance of providing information with leaving me to look and find out for myself exactly right. Having identified the most suitable car, Ben arranged for us to take it for a drive by ourselves, which was excellent. Bought the car on the day and picked it up yesterday.
Don't know the name of the trainee (Saturday job?) who assisted, but he should also be commended.
